Bonito, grande y limpio.

Llegamos a las 23 horas, entramos en la urbanización donde había varios portales y no localizábamos el número 2, pero al final nos ayudó una vecina.

Great accommodation! Nice and clean flat. The house is situated near centre, few steps.. perfect

The location of the hotel is great - it's away from the main city centre, but is situated in a lovely historic building. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The flat has high ceilings, which adds to the room's space. Also the windows are high and could be opened and enjoy the peace and fresh air. There was a large enough shower in the bathroom which added to the comfort.

Didn't like the check-in process because you had to work hard to find the keys. I would suggest that paying guests should be shown pictures of the letterboxes where they need to collect their keys. It took us about 20 minutes to find the right letterboxes. Also, the number of the car park where to leave the car was not given in advance, which also added extra time to check-in. I think this information should be changed and presented differently to customers.

Najbardziej podobało mi się ogrzewanie podłogowe oraz bezpieczeństwo w obiekcie które było ogrodzone.

Była pralka i brak nawet jednej kapsułki do prania, nie było zmywarki ale były kostki do mycia naczyń, kawiarka ale brak kawy, i podstawowych przypraw, sól/ cukier, (uważam że te małe rzeczy bardzo ułatwiają pobyt), jeden zestaw kosmetyków na dwie osoby, i mimo braku zmywarki nie ma miejsca do suszenia umytych naczyń. Oraz pani która równo o 11 pukała już do mieszkania nieumiejąca w dodatku mówić po Polsku (bardzo niezręczne i nieprzyjemne doświadczenie).
