Comminication via booking.com was excellent, same for the text messages via Batogospot. We loved the location of the apartment. The detailed instructions to find the apartment was very helpful . The balcony was large.

WiFi was a bit sketchy at times and not as strong as we'd have liked. Lack of a physical extra LOCK button on the apartment door ( once inside )..... lack of duvet covers ( we had to request one ) and no spare bottom sheet was supplied unfortunately - which we wanted for the sofa bed ( so used the duvet cover instead ) a shortage of towels - ( we did request some more and thankfully got some ) The curtains are not wide enough to cover the windows and are very thin - see through . Just as well we wanted to get up EARLY anyway to see the sights . No spare adaptor plug to use ( for UK tourist )- fortunately we had one of our own . The remote control to get NETFIX was terrible - barely functioning.( very hard and stiff - pressing the buttons ) We didnt bother using Netflix in the end.

The apartment was nice, clean and location is good.

After paying for an apartment I’ve received demand to pay 50 euro deposit. Long story short: I have managed to get it back only after a few emails and a phone call. By the way, I had to call because my emails were ignored. It took 1 week to have my money back. ps Be also prepared to receive a message with check-in details only 5 minutes before check-in time (15:00), no any minute earlier.
