Fully equipped apt with almost clearly given instructions on how to get in. It was quiet, well located with great access to the Zoo, downtown and the islands, and comfy stay with 2 kids (0,2) - thanks for the free baby cot. We have LPG car so could not use the garage but parking outside worked out well.
We prefer firm mattress. Missing window shutter in the living room. I am surprised the locals do not do anything about the trash outside in the yard, I have never seen anything like it in a large European city, reminded me of roma ghettos. Little stuff that can be repaired in an afternoon - faucets giving hot/cold water in opposite direction, chipped paint, tiles etc. here and there, some dirty dishes, but overall it is a great little apartment for not so sensitive travellers)

Fajn místo blízko do centra, zároveň vše potřebné bylo dostupné - mhd, obchody.
Vybavení pokoje zcela dostačující. Pro pár ideální. S malým dítětem tak na hraně.
Počáteční komplikace s vyzvednutím klíčů a ovládání garáže, ale zároveň chválím podporu na telefonu. I tak by zpracování informací mohlo být srozumitelnější.
Některé části vybavení by potřebovaly péči - vodní baterie v kuchyni se hýbe, to samé čelo postele.

Співвідношення ціна/якість дуже добре, ціна за парковку адекватна. Локація відмінна - центр міста.
У квартирі сучасні ремонт, техніка; зручні меблі, зокрема ліжко.
Не зважаючи на деякі нюанси, цілком можу рекомендувати тут зупинятися
Кілька моментів, на які треба звернути увагу:
1) унітаз, який фонтанує при змиванні - так не має бути
2) двері у душі не щільно закриваються і вода дещо протікає
3) загалом житло було добре прибрано, але стільниця на кухні була дуже пильна
4) мила явно забули додати
Підземний паркінг зручний, але була ситуація, коли ворота... припинили працювати і не були відремонтовані, як мінімум, півтори години. Це могло би бути критично у ситуації, коли треба виїжджати і поспішаєш на конкретний час

1. It was dirty! There was dust in the bathroom and dust and food from previous guests in the kitchen and bedroom on the floor. I think it is inappropriate service
2. I don’t like the idea of deposit. The apartment did not look new of fashion. There were broken things and it looks far from new. I do not see a reason take deposit for apartment in such condition.
3. Front door locker was broken - door did not close
4. Tiny and uncomfortable bed. It is too small for 2 people
