blízkosť centra mesta, električkové spojenie, parkovanie je síce spoplatnené ale všetko sedí podľa popisu.
Hostiteľ komunikuje aktívne, pred príchodom nám prišli pokyny podľa ktorých nebol problém s check-in.
Keďže sme cestovali s dieťaťom, sme zvyknutí na trošku vyššiu úroveň čistoty, ale bolo to v pohode. Pre získanie ovládača na otvorenie brány k parkovisku je potrebné ísť najprv do bytu, čo je celkom nepraktické, keďže v okolí bytovky nie je veľa voľných miest na odstavenie vozidla.

Lokalizacja to największy atut. Możliwość skorzystania z parkingu. Organizacja w obiekcie. Spokój i cisza. Można wypocząć.

Fully equipped apt with almost clearly given instructions on how to get in. It was quiet, well located with great access to the Zoo, downtown and the islands, and comfy stay with 2 kids (0,2) - thanks for the free baby cot. We have LPG car so could not use the garage but parking outside worked out well.
We prefer firm mattress. Missing window shutter in the living room. I am surprised the locals do not do anything about the trash outside in the yard, I have never seen anything like it in a large European city, reminded me of roma ghettos. Little stuff that can be repaired in an afternoon - faucets giving hot/cold water in opposite direction, chipped paint, tiles etc. here and there, some dirty dishes, but overall it is a great little apartment for not so sensitive travellers)

1. It was dirty! There was dust in the bathroom and dust and food from previous guests in the kitchen and bedroom on the floor. I think it is inappropriate service
2. I don’t like the idea of deposit. The apartment did not look new of fashion. There were broken things and it looks far from new. I do not see a reason take deposit for apartment in such condition.
3. Front door locker was broken - door did not close
4. Tiny and uncomfortable bed. It is too small for 2 people
