Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. Lokalizacja blisko rynku, Ostrowa Tumskiego dobrze skomunikowana z innymi dzielnicami. Mieszkanie wygodne, nowoczesne.
Może przydałby się ekspresik do kawy, ale to tylko sugestia.

Blízko centra
Druhá dvojpostel tedy rozkládací gauč je ve tvaru kolébky , takže spaní vhodné pouze pro malé děti. Problém tam je hlavně v řešení toho domu , kdy neustále bez možnosti vypnutí probíhá odsávání vzduchu , což vydává , sice mírný hluk, ale neustálý zvuk. Na chodbách domu se nedají otevřít okna, a v patře bytu je nějaký soused, od kterého jde puch, v bytě samotném ale vše OK. Je to takový moderní pavlačový dům :-) Není tam trouba, hodila by se alespoň mikrovlnka.
