About this house rental
Enjoy the Naples sunshine and tropical beach lifestyle at Harbour House! This spacious, newly renovated home is ideally located in the elite Moorings neighborhood just an easy half mile walk to the nearest beach access. The spacious open floor plan places the fully equipped kitchen with large island at the center of the home with a pass through window to the screened lanai and pool area. On one side is the dining area with seating for 8 and a built in wet bar with wine fridge. On the other side of the island is the family room with a super comfortable sectional sofa and pocket sliding glass doors that lead out the the lanai. Outside, the screened lanai with southern exposure has a heated pool with spillover hot tub and sunning area with two chaise lounges. The outdoor space does not end there! The large lot accommodates a fully fenced in grass yard on the east side of the house - perfect for outdoor yard games! The nearest public beach access at Via Miramar is just half a mile?s walk over the scenic Harbour Drive bridge. The Moorings neighborhood is centrally located West of 41, between Olde Naples and Park Shore - minutes to downtown?s 5th Ave S, Venetian Village and upscale shopping and dining at Waterside Shops. All bedrooms and the family room have Smart TVs with Xfinity cable service and the house has high speed WiFi throughout. Bedroom Details: Master - east end of the house; king size bed; french doors out to the yard and lanai; ensuite bath with dual sinks, glass enclosed shower and plunge bathtub. King Guest Room: west end of the house, king size bed; access to the pool bath with glass enclosed shower and door out to the lanai. Queen Guest Room: north end of the house, has desk and can service as home office; bathroom with tub/shower combo is located outside this room off the hallway. Twin Guest Room: north side of the house; ensuite bath with glass enclosed shower. BOOKING DETAILS: Dates are not confirmed until we receive your inquiry and approve your rental. Between December-April, even month dates (check-in on 1st of month, checkout on last day of month) may be required. Please inquire!

Nice space for our family to get together. Walked to beach and village area.
FYI, the spa did not get very warm when it was cooler outside. Only 84*.
Motion sensors tuned off and on in side yard when windy. Somewhat disturbing at night. Not sure if they can be turned off.
