Just blocks from the beach in Old Naples, this recently renovated 3BR/2bath is just a short stroll to beach access directly at the end of the street. Enjoy a full day in the sand or pop over to catch a breathtaking sunset. If high-end shopping, dining and entertainment is on your priority list, head just a few minutes away to land directly in the heart of 5th Ave S. If a relaxing day with friends or family is needed to take a break from the sand, the backyard pool is heated and landscaped for complete privacy. If not dining out on 5th Ave, pick up some world class imported Japanese and Australian wagyu steaks at Jimmy P's and grill out by the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare any meal. There is a large capacity wine cooler, plenty of glassware, and a cozy sitting room to enjoy a beverage alongside expansive floor to ceiling windows with lots of natural light. All amenities included (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, plenty of towels for the showers as well as for the beach). Of course, all of the essentials like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine/dryer... Just pack your toothbrush and clothes and come enjoy your time in Old Naples at our new home.

This place was amazing. Our family had a wonderful time. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, the pool was so nice and the location was perfect for us. We had so much fun down at the beach watching the dolphins and swimming. I would stay here again for sure.

The house was spectacular! Beautiful gardens, pool area, and inside furnishings were perfect. We enjoyed the front seating area in the mornings overlooking the pond. Everything we needed was provided. Easy drive to old Naples and short walk to the beach. The host was very responsive with any questions. We will be back!
