Home features 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, along with an additional full bathroom off the lanai / pool area, giving you a total of (3) full bathrooms. Gas cooking / gas range. Large covered patio. Beautiful tropical landscaping and waterfall features in the pool await your arrival. Walking distance to many amenities including the Naples Zoo, Conservancy of SWFL, Coastland Center Mall, Gordon River Greenway Park offers miles of beautiful walking trails, Fleischmann Park. The beaches and Naples wonderful 5th Ave S are close by.

Great house with amazing layout- large kitchen/family room open concept -Great pool and patio- we are outside every meal we had at home-Close to Greenway for a beautiful daily walk!
