Fabulous PRIVATE heated pool, with pool toys!We loved the location, the proximity to town and Publix and the beautiful neighborhood.Because of the lousy cell service in Naples generally, WiFi is absolutely necessary and available. Good access to television programming and streaming services too. No Keuring, but a very good Mr. Coffee.We loved our stay in Coquina Sands.

The location was quite good and the management easy to work with, but we were there during an unusually cold weather time and couldn't use the pool most days because its water temperature was unpleasantly cold. The house has many good features and lovely trees and plantings outside, but it lacked a place to shelve clothes, the master bed was not comfortable, we had to create a place to eat meals outside, and there was no lighting for the small sitting area off the living room.

The house was great and the location fantastic. You can walk to the beach which makes it very convenient. The host left delightful treats and the home is equipped with all the necessities (spices, condiments, toiletries). We had a great stay!
