The Prince Family Presents, “1140 Naples Retreat”. (Located at 1140 10th Ave N, Naples, FL) This City of Naples monthly rental home is located in what people describe as the most desirable neighborhood in all of Naples, Lake Park. Some folks call it the “NEW” Old Naples. The 1140 Naples Retreat is located in a private neighborhood and on a quiet street. This home is less than a mile from the Gulf of Mexico. It is one mile from The Famous 5th Ave South.
Our goal was to create an environment that is very simple but elegant. Enjoy your privacy at this beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home. The open floor plan is great for entertaining or enjoying a quiet evening at your home away from home. Vaulted ceilings create an airy atmosphere in the private office, sitting area, open kitchen as well as the main living area, all which overlook the heated pool and spa.
The 1140 Naples Retreat includes: 4 Bedrooms, 3 baths. 1 King Bed in the Master, 2 Queen beds in each guest room and one trundle bed in the back room. Kitchen Aid Gas Grill, 3 Tv’s, free wifi and cable, private screened and heated pool and spa, fully stocked kitchen, extra full size fridge in the garage, and washer dryer. In 2022 we have updated lanai/patio furniture on the pool deck. We hope you enjoy it.
Please note the home is listed as a minimum monthly rental. December through April are the busiest months and must be rented the 1st of the month through 28/30/31 of the month. Unfortunately we can not accommodate overlapping months to make up 30 days during that time. If you would like to stay multiple months we will accommodate that. Smoking is NOT permitted. It was okay. The neighborhood and location were pretty good, but there are nicer neighborhoods in Naples. Also, there was construction going on next door and a sometimes barking dog.
We left two weeks early as we were bored. The owner would not allow us to have friends use the remaining time.

Property was better than advertised. Location was ideal on a quiet residential street yet close to downtown as well as Waterside Shops. We loved every minute of our stay and look forward to returning in the near future.

Owner was amazing. So nice and responsive!! A few issues w appliances which he addressed. Outdoor pool furniture needs updating. Towels and sheets and kitchen supplies were great.

This property won’t disappoint. The owner was in contact prior and gave plenty of support prior, during, and post stay. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire experience. We will be looking to book again here!!!!
