Wow! Penthouse 305 at Ardissone is an exceptional opportunity to experience waterfront and beachside living steps to shopping and dining at Venetian Village. The sprawling top floor unit offers panoramic bay views in all four directions. The kitchen has been newly renovated in a contemporary style and opens to a large south and east facing lanai as well as the family room which has sliding glass doors that open to a west facing lanai. The formal living room faces east overlooking Venetian Bay and the formal dining room faces west overlooking Gulf Shore Blvd, offering views of the sunset sky in the evening. Four bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms are at the north end of the unit. The spacious master has a large private lanai facing northeast and the bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower also opens to the lanai, offering views as you get ready for the day! The ground level of the building is a covered parking garage where you have an assigned space, and the coded elevator takes you up from there and opens directly into the unit. Ardissone has a beautiful pool and hot tub on a waterfront deck located immediately adjacent to the building for easy access. Beach access is available just across Gulf Shore Blvd and Venetian Village is less than a quarter of a mile south.
