Welcome to Domaine de La Banne, a luxurious barn conversion offering elegant accommodation for up to 6 guests, set within 7 hectares of beautiful Dordogne countryside. Just 2.2 km (25 minutes on foot) from the medieval village of Belvès, this peaceful retreat is ideal for adults or families with older children seeking space, privacy and relaxation, complete with a private heated saltwater pool and superb outdoor living areas.
About the Barn:
The barn offers three tastefully decorated ensuite bedrooms, all with king-size beds. Two bedrooms can be configured as twins if preferred. The accommodation is arranged to provide both comfort and privacy, with an independent garden bedroom and generous shared living spaces.
The barn has its own private entrance, private parking, and access to an EV charger, and is adjacent to, yet completely separate from, the owners’ home.
Begin your day with coffee on the balcony terrace, overlooking the gardens, or enjoy long, relaxed evenings cooking and dining in the covered summer kitchen beside the pool.

Private heated saltwater pool (11 x 4m) exclusively for guests.
Spacious 84 sqm upper-level living area with open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining space.
Fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Two ensuite bedrooms on the upper level, one configurable as king or twins. These bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Independent ground-floor garden bedroom (35 sqm) with ensuite, private entrance, seating area, TV, fridge and tea & coffee facilities.
Stylish décor blending contemporary comfort with original stone features.
Private balcony terrace with dining furniture and garden views.
Covered summer kitchen with gas BBQ (gas provided) and poolside dining area.
Utility room with toilet, washing machine, iron and vacuum (in the converted chicken coop).

We had a fantastic week at Domaine de la Banne. The property has everything you need for a great holiday and is close to the beautiful village of Belves. Neil and David are great hosts who are very welcoming and have lots of knowledgeof the local area. Hooecto return somd day

We spent a little bit more than two weeks in
Neil & David's lovely guests house. We spent (literally) perfect holidays : the house was super clean and everyone had his own private space, the different equipment available is all new and very practical (you will find everything you need), the pool is just amazing with the coolest view on a classical Perigord valley, and last but not least Niel & David were really sweet, welcoming and helping us for anything that we would have need.
The region is great with a lot of great places to discover and to eat local (and delicious!) food. You will find the sweetest old french villages to visit as well as a lot of sport activities.
In a nutshell, we couldn't recommend enough this place : you will spent great and restful holidays in a very lovely place !
Huge thanks again to Niel & David for making this vacations as perfect as they were :) We will be back !

Délicates attentions comme le panier de bienvenue et les fleurs fraîches dans la maison.
Le parc la maison et les installations sont magnifiques, la literie est top.
La maison est super bien équipée.
