Welcome to the gîte du Petit Bois,
Old farmhouse of character in the Périgord Noir which will welcome you in a green setting in a peaceful and charming hamlet near Belvès, a medieval town classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France.
You will enjoy the adjoining swimming pool and a shaded terrace.
The cottage and its swimming pool will be exclusively reserved for you.
The gîte du Petit Bois is an old farmhouse made of old stones. It opens onto a shaded terrace to the north and east.
The cottage perfectly combines new and old to offer you a comfortable experience in a charming building.
The cottage is composed on the first floor of an American kitchen which opens onto a large living room with terrace access. You will also find a completely renovated bathroom and a toilet. The living room has a wood stove that will make your winter evenings particularly pleasant.
On the first floor you will have 2 bedrooms with 160 double beds and a "child" bedroom with "single bunk beds". You will also benefit from a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet.
We can also lend you one or more baby cots.
The cottage is fully equipped: 4-burner stove, microwave, oven, gas plancha on the terrace, barbecue, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board/iron, wifi etc.
You will live 2 kilometres from the centre of Belvès, a magnificent medieval town officially classified as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France".
The village with its breathtaking view of the Nauze valley offers you all the necessary amenities: local producers' shop, small supermarket, greengrocer, butcher, bakery, restaurants, bars, tobacconist, pharmacy, post office, wine shop, tourist office etc.PGJyPg
The Petit Bois cottage is ideally located in the heart of the Périgord Noir. It is located near the emblematic villages and castles of the region (Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, Beynac-et-Cazenac, Monpazier etc.) and 20 km south of Sarlat, this city not to be missed for its gastronomy and history.
The swimming pool measures 12 by 6 meters, it is fully fenced.
The swimming pool is not heated.

Small additional precision, you can hear the song of the chickens from the nearby micro organic farm but it has never bothered anyone, quite the contrary! And as a result, we offer you good organic eggs when you arrive!
