About this house rental
In the heart of the Périgord Noir in the commune of Marnac on a property of 3000 m², very beautiful house with contemporary decoration with private swimming pool (8x4m).
Our Property is ideally located for visiting castles, gardens, caves, for gastronomy, walking or cycling, doing gabarre or canoeing, fishing, lounging on the terrace and enjoying the view of the hills.
The beautiful market of St Cyprien with the delights of Périgord awaits you every Sunday.
3 ROOMS
- 1 st bedroom with a 160 cm canopy bed 2 places overlooking the terrace
- 2nd bedroom with a 140 cm double bed
- 3rd child's bedroom with two 90 cm pull-out beds
A cot (umbrella) and a high chair available
Shower room with walk-in shower and separate wc
Outside :
Secure swimming pool (8 X 4) with alarm, pergola, deckchairs and parasols
Barbecue and ping pong table (table tennis)
PRICE 2019 (in winter heating is included)
Short stays ALL YEAR (Except July, August and September)
3 nights: 300 €
4 nights: 360 €
And by the week ...
Only the dates mentioned below are available
From June 30 to July 14: € 950 per week
From July 14 to July 28: € 1,200 / week
From July 28 to August 18: € 1,500 / week
From August 18 to September 1: € 1200 / week
From September 7 to October 12: € 950 per week
A deposit check in the amount of 600 euros will be required for each rental.
For the month of July and August the rentals will be from Sunday to Sunday.

Maison moderne, fonctionnelle et bien entretenue.
Piste d'amélioration : de notre point de vue, une clôture serait un plus. La piscine chauffée serait aussi un plus.

Situation idéale pour visiter les principaux sites touristiques du Périgord Noir.
Tous commerces à 4 km.
Très calme.
Grand terrain et villa très bien équipée.
