Located exactly required. Spacious accommodation.
Clean.
Very noisy on the Saturday night until early hours but apologies were offered when I raised the matter the next day.

The room was spacious, with a couch, a bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. The room very clean. Nice water pressure in the shower. The location was easy to find. The hotel staff was very friendly. The fan in the room kept it cool even in very hot weather. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and ready at the time we asked for it. Be aware that the bottom floor of the hotel is a bar, it was a bit noisy but that’s because there was a World Cup match (Germany won!). As soon as the game ended, it quieted down.
The hotel advertised free parking, but we had difficulty finding parking. We had to park at the bus station a block away. I wish they had firmer pillows.
