    This hotel has some of the friendliest and most welcoming staff I have encountered anywhere in Germany. From the moment you arrive, you can feel a warm and hospitable atmosphere throughout the place. The hotel is a little old-fashioned in a charming way. For example, they still use large traditional room keys, and guests are expected to leave the key at the front desk before going out. When you return, the staff will hand it back to you. I actually found this quite lovely and personal. The breakfast does not offer a huge variety of choices, but everything is very delicate, well-prepared, and thoughtfully presented. Overall, it is a hotel with a lot of character and genuinely kind people.
