Awesome!

Manfred is extremely friendly and helpful. I was coming to Thiersee for a relaxing weekend during a long business trip and the exprience in Aparthotel was absolutely beyond my expectation. Manfred gave me all the suggestions including the restaurant serving local food and the hiking route which was really nice. And the guest card provided by him made me free for bus to Kufstein and the ticket for the castle. He served very nice breakfast into my room so I could enjoy it on balcon as well as the nice view of the lake and the mountain. Big thanks to Manfred and his hotel is absolutely worth staying for a quiet and amazing weekend or vacation.

Great for families

Amazing location, it has close by slopes for beginners, kids but also for more advanced skiers. Huge rooms perfect for families and super clean, fully equipped kitchen spacious living room. I was impressed by the sound isolation of the rooms.

it was a bad choice

Extremely small and uncomfortable kitchen. There is an old and dirty curtain in the soul. There was absolutely no Wi-Fi in the room, although the presence of the Internet was important to me. There was a cobweb and a spider on the ceiling in the room. There was no room cleaning. Under the hotel there is an express road without pedestrian crossings. There is traffic noise. But the worst thing was that we were charged twice for cleaning the room because we didn't take the trash out of the kitchen. Although initially we were not shown where to take out the garbage and that we generally need to take it out on our own. We sorted the garbage properly and left it in the room. And my daughter, when she was doing her homework at the table, unintentionally accidentally painted the surface of the sofa with a ballpoint pen. I didn't notice it. And after the checkout, the staff expressed their dissatisfaction in an angry tone and demanded to pay for chemical cleaning at an inflated price list. As a result, we initially paid for the child, then double the cleaning fee, which made the final cost of the hotel inconsistent with the one declared on booking.com. For this we got a very upset child and a very spoiled mood. It is a pity that we chose this place for children's vacation.

Superb

The place was super nice, view and lake- amazing! You can have a light jogging around the lake. It also has a good payground for kids. The appartment was clean and cosy. The owner was very helpful and friendy. Thanks:-) We had a very good time and would like to come back!!!

The location is breathtaking and the hotel is beautiful. Friendly staff and great breakfast. I spent most of my day in the sun on the balcony, overlooking the lake.

This place would have been perfect if it also had a restaurant on site, but they have great breakfast and there is a good restaurant within walking distance.

A nice place for your skiing vacation

It was roomier than it looked in the pictures. It is close to the town center and a large market. Available drinks at all times for a very fair price.

Aparthotel Buchauer staat op een prachtige locatie aan de Thiersee, Je kan voor de deur parkeren, de kamers zijn ruim en waren heerlijk warm bij aankomst. Elke ochtend werd er weer vers en warm ontbijt gebracht op de afgesproken tijd. Een perfecte plek om te verblijven met vrienden/familie of in ons geval met 10 collega's.

De koffie was wat slap, de koffiecapsules (50 cent per stuk) waren daarentegen wel heel goed.

Zentrale Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Thiersee, zum Supermarkt und zu den Wanderwegen. Auch abends noch netter Empfang mit Wandertipps und Infos zur Gästekarte und inklusiven Leistungen, Erreichbarkeit per Telefon und WhatsApp, kostenlose Parkplätze. Schnelle Hilfe bei geäußerten Wunsch nach einem Toaster.

Sehr kleiner Wasserkocher und nur eine Kapselkaffeemaschine. Aufsatzfilter für Kaffeefilter ist aber vorhanden.

Herr Buchauer war außerordentlich nett, hat uns wärmstens und unproblematisch in Empfang genommen und beraten. Die Zahlungsabwicklung bei der Abreise war ebenso problemlos.
