Lovely, comfortable house with a few teething problems

Lovely, comfortable house with everything you need (except bathroom soap and toilet paper-- bring your own). Well-stocked kitchen. Beautiful and convenient location near Zugspitze and other mountain attractions.

I did not receive any information about how to check in/get the keys. I don't know if this is a problem with Booking.com or the owner. A German speaker in our group phoned the owner and got a quick response. There was a mix up with the cleaning crew, and the house was not cleaned before we arrived. Again, the owner sorted this out quickly and offered us an acceptable discount, but we had to wait several hours with tired children before we could settle in. Two of the bedrooms (the ones with the largest beds) were in the basement, which was not clear from the pictures or info on Booking.com. They were fine, just not as nice as the upstairs ones with balconies. The basement rooms were locked when we arrived. The cleaners said that they were told to make beds for 6 people in the 3 bedrooms upstairs, but some of us wanted our own beds, not to share. When I rented a 5-bedroom house, I expected access to all of the bedrooms regardless of how many people were in our group. The cleaners were able to unlock the rooms for us, but I suggest saying how many you want when you book.

Tolle ausgestattete Unterkunft für eine schöne Zeit in den Bergen

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in der Unterkunft. Im Haus hat man viel Platz über drei Etagen, die Küche ist super ausgestattet (außer an kleinen Löffeln :D). Es gibt genügend Platz zum parken der Autos und man kann in der Garage seine Ausrüstung abstellen. Man ist direkt an der Langslaufloipe oder zu Fuß in der Ortsmitte.

In den Schlafzimmern im Keller fehlt noch ein wenig Liebe fürs Detail und ein paar zusätzliche Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die niedrige Beleuchtung im Esszimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftg. Alles in allem aber Kleinigkeiten, trotzdem eine absolute Empfehlung.

Geweldige vakantie gehad, zowel qua huis als qua skigebied!

Leuk huis, qua sfeer en inrichting. Goed schoongemaakt! Heel goede temperatuur regeling, verwarming werkt uitstekend. Erg fijne douche. Erg handig dat er een wasmachine en droger is om tussentijds skikleding te wassen! Keuken erg goed uitgerust! Goede bedden! Centraal en prima gelegen, supermarkt, bushalte, pistes. Zeer goede service dat oprit schoongeveegd werd na verse sneeuwval! Prima contact met Patrick via whats app.

Enige echte minpuntje is dat het huis alweer gereserveerd was voor volgende winter… Dus dat we niet terug kunnen komen :( De kelder is recent vernieuwd waar 2 slaapkamers en douche en toilet zijn gemaakt. Is heel praktisch. Voortreffelijk van kwaliteit. Kleine opmerking: het contrast met de rest van het huis is erg groot. Het huis zelf is Oostenrijks en gezellig ingericht, warm en gemoedelijk. Kelder is strak en een beetje kaal. We mistten daarin wat sfeer: een gordijn, een schilderij, wat kleur, bedlampjes, op grote kamer iets meer kledingkast.

Paste ons als een jas

Het huis is echt schoon, heel ruim en feelgood voor 6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. Fijn dat de keuken goed is uitgerust en dat er een wasmachine en droger is. Communicatie met eigenaar is snel en prettig, hij gaf goede uitleg bij vragen. Bereid om onvolkomendheden te verbeteren. Prima uitvalsbasis voor de skigebieden in Zugspitzarena.

Voor Nederland is het logisch dat afval wordt gescheiden. Zo ook in Oostenrijk. Houd rekening met andere, lastiger inlevering van afval., dan komt het goed. Eigenaar licht dat in zijn gebruiksaanwijzing huis duidelijk toe. Restafval mag in zwarte bak voor het huis.
