Villa Thetis has been built following a "split-level" design to provide
a a modern and airy feeling to the interiors. The property is accessed
through a set of steps from the private parking. Entrance is via the
spacious open plan kitchen/living room opening straight to a beautiful
terrace offering panoramic views.The private pool area has sensational
views to the sea.
The sleeping accommodation comprises of 4 air conditioned bedrooms (2
doubles, 2 twins) together with 3 bathrooms (1 of which en suite to the
master bedroom).

Living Room
The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors
to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
