About this villa rental
Villa Tina is approved by Greek Tourism Organization with license number 1205394 & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
Overlooking the Aegean Sea, Villa Tina is perched on a hillside on the outskirts of the village of Maroulas, situated on the heights above Rethymno. The 290 m2 villa is spread throughout three floors, all with elevator access, and accommodates ten guests in its five ensuite bedrooms.
Ground Floor:
Living Room: Large corner sofa, energy fireplace, 55 Smart HDTV with Netflix, coffee table, balcony with outdoor furniture and sea views
Dining Area: Seating for 10 guests
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, a balcony with a large outdoor dining table for 10, a Broil King gas barbecue, and sea views
Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower, washing machine, air conditioning, a 32" TV, closet, balcony with sea views
First Floor
Bedroom 2 & 3: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower, air conditioning, 32" TV, closet, private balcony with sea view
Lower Floor
Playroom: Large corner sofa, 65 HDTV with Netflix, PlayStation 5, Bluetooth speaker, games and a mini pool table
Gym: Elliptical, chest press weight machine, yoga mats
Kitchenette: Mini fridge, coffee machine, dishes
Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), ensuite bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, 32" TV, closet, private balcony with sea view
Bedroom 5: King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), convertible to two twin beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) on request, ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower, air conditioning. 40" TV, closet

-Private 45 m2 infinity swimming pool (0.40 - 1.40 m deep) with hydromassage and childrens section. Heated pool available upon request with additional charge (minimum 1 week notice)

Lovely villa, very modern, quiet area with great views, Surperb `1st class owner could not have done more for us, he went above and beyond what you expect. Also an excellent management company who also offer you a 1st class service, what more could you ask for. And all the locals were very friendly, and we had some amazing Cretan food..

This is a new Villa and absolute everything was up ro date. We were 2 families (eight persons) and stayed for 2 weeks. We had a great time and the Villa was fantastic

Our stay at Villa Tina was one we will never forget. Giannis and Etouri helped to make our stay one of the best we have ever had. The villa itself was absolutely stunning and exactly as shown in the photos. The views were incredible!! Giannis was a most hospitable host who ensured that we were well taken care of and had everything that we needed. He was available to answer any questions that we had and even showed up a couple of mornings with some traditional Greek pastries. The Etouri team was available at a touch of a button and helped us to explore what Crete had to offer by way of excursions, beaches to see and tavernas to eat at. No question went unanswered. We were so well taken care of by both the owner of the villa and the management team. If you are considering staying in the Rethymo area, you would be amiss not to stay at Villa Tina. We highly recommend this property! Thank you again, Giannis and Etouri for an unforgettable and beautiful experience in Crete!
