If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

We have had a lovely week at villa Eleni. The villa is spotlessly clean. The pool a good size. The beds very comfortable. We have booked with Agni before and I’m a bit disappointed that the info re the pool was inaccurate on this occasion.

Villa Eleni is well located and we had a good and relaxing holiday.We believe that with a few improvements the customer experience could be put easily on a higher level:For example, having a kind of starter set of herbs and spices (salt, pepper, sugar) or a simple coffee machine. Additional towels for the pool or the beach would be also nice (not expensive, but a positive effect).We had holiday houses before with by far higher standards and so we knew that this was not to expect here. Please take our comments therefore as an constructive feedback, because as said before, we had relaxing holidays at Villa Eleni.
