Our 2 bedroom Feels Like Summer! is the ultimate retreat, equipped with everything you need for a truly unforgettable experience. With South Miami Beach just a 3-mile distance away you can indulge in the sun and sand of Miami Beach, while still enjoying the dynamic energy of downtown Miami. It's truly the best of both worlds, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

Pool Access Update


Please note: Our building's pool will be closed for repairs from July 21st through early September.

During this time, we’re happy to offer complimentary access to the Marriott pool, conveniently located right next door. Guests can easily access it through our retail lobby.

We apologize for any inconvenience and are glad to provide this alternative so you can still enjoy some time by the pool!

Located on the 14th floor and facing East and North, Feels Like Summer! is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers insane panoramic Biscayne Bay water views from its private balcony. With over 1700 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Feels Like Summer! accommodates a maximum of 4 adults + children (15 years of age or younger).

As soon as you step inside and make your way down the front hallway, you'll turn a corner and be greeted by a breathtaking sight that will leave you awestruck. There is a Publix grocery store 1/2 lock away, making it easy to cook your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Plus with a washer and dryer conveniently located right on site, there's no need to worry about dirty laundry piling up. The stunning artwork throughout the space gives the impression that you've just entered an art gallery, the dining table is placed to allow you to fully appreciate the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that lead out to the balcony.

The living room is incredibly spacious, thanks to this corner unit's expansive layout. From here, you can enjoy sweeping views of Margaret Pace Park, Biscayne Bay, Venetian Marina, and Miami Beach. If you look to the north, you'll even catch a glimpse of Heart Island. The leather sectional and cable TV provide the perfect setup for kicking back and relaxing after a long day of exploring Miami. However, it's hard to resist the allure of the private balcony, which offers stunning views that most guests can't take their eyes off of.
