Bluewater Realty Miami welcomes you to The Grand, located in Downtown Miami on Biscayne Bay. Our 4 bedroom City of Dreams! is the ultimate retreat, equipped with everything you could need. Enjoy stunning views of Biscayne Bay and Margaret Pace Park that will leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress

The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.

To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

Located on the 15th floor and facing North, City of Dreams! is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom retreat that offers Biscayne Bay water views and Margaret Pace Park views from its private balcony. With over 1850 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. City of Dreams! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults + children (15 years of age or younger).

From the instant you set foot inside City of Dreams!, the encompassing luxury aura of this condo envelops you in its embrace. As you take in the surroundings, your eyes are drawn to the generously sized island in the fully equipped kitchen. Every detail has been considered, providing you with everything necessary to channel your inner culinary artist. With a Publix grocery store 1/2 block away, preparing meals while on vacation is a breeze. Additionally, a washer/dryer is at your disposal, ensuring you won't have to leave with dirty laundry. Moreover, the kitchen counter is graced with three bar stools that exude a mid-century style, adding an extra touch of charm.

The fourth and smallest junior-size bedroom is situated right off the kitchen. This room boasts the only window facing South, providing captivating views of downtown Miami. Despite its size, it features a full-sized bed and a 50” Roku streaming TV for your entertainment.

The dining area adjacent to the kitchen accommodates four guests and serves as the ideal spot to discuss all the things you've explored in Miami. The open concept design of this room seamlessly transitions into the living area. Here, the couch is positioned to offer an ideal vantage point to gaze out at the water views. A 65" Roku streaming TV is prepared for your entertainment needs, complete with access to Netflix, Sling, and a plethora of TV shows and movies.

The living room seamlessly transitions to the private balcony, creating a natural extension of the space. With unobstructed vistas of Margaret Pace Park and views of Biscayne Bay, this area is a guest favorite for basking in the warmth of the Miami sun. It's an idyllic spot to watch the boats gracefully pass by, adding an extra touch of serenity to your stay.
