Enjoy stunning views of Biscayne Bat and Margaret Pace Park that will leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress

The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.

To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

With over 1850 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Wildest Dreams! Penthouse accommodates a maximum of 6 adults + children (15 years of age or younger).

The generously sized dining table invites everyone to unwind, sit back, and relish the experience together.

This arrangement, coupled with the art gallery ambiance, immerses you in an atmosphere of sophistication. After a day of Miami exploration, this living room serves as the ideal sanctuary to unwind.
