Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was awesome
Property is in the process of updating. I assume they will be better int he coming months stains on couch in suite. No brush for the toilet Which both were rectified right away

It was a nice and central location it had lots of beautiful sites nearby, within a few short minutes walk. You could visit nice places to eat nearby too, as well as get coffee. The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, and the location was easily accessible.
Sofia is a beautiful city, and I enjoyed my stay, however it has.a certain grittiness which some visitors may struggle with. The area has a bohemian vibe and this might not appeal to certain travellers.

The location is excellent. Clean place, nice and spacious rooms.
We arrived on Saturday, after our other location booked got canceled.
Asking he staff about the parking in the area, they tried to trick us to park in their parking, with daily fee, even if the street parking was free for Saturday night and Sunday all day.

Лocation was good, we didn’t use the breakfast.
We noticed that they have a lot of hidden costs. They asked us to pay a city tax, even though we had already paid everything in the total price when we booked through Booking. The staff at the reception is a disaster, especially one gentleman who gives three different prices within five minutes. You have to be very careful and double-check that everything is correct. Their faces look as if they immediately wonder why you even came. They are not polite at all. My colleague came with his family and a 1-year-old baby, and we had to beg for two hours just to get a baby cot. They are far from European standards, the 4 stars are pointless…
