Location, views, massive bathroom with both shower and bath, good restaurants on site.
Most of the staff were obviously untrained, underpaid and overworked, and that affects the level of service. Too busy, rude, inattentive or too attentive (we were offered dessert 4 times in 5 mins by 4 different waiters, it's weird).
Also the mattress is too soft. The money we spent on (great) back massages went down the drain as we were tied up in knots by the morning on that saggy bed.
The spa facilities desperately need upkeep. It's all looking a little dated and unkempt.
