Stayed for fishing trip, as described and great location. Parking was very narrow and often used by staff in nearby shop

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable.

Superb central location on the main street in Inverurie. Close to shops (one next door) plenty of places to eat and drink within 1 -10 minutes walk. Approx. 10 minute walk from Inverurie train station. Kitchen has a microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer - everything you could need. Cutlery, glasses, mugs, crockery, utensils all provided. Some tea, coffee and other bits available in cupboards. Good size bathroom. Towels and hair dryer provided. Good Wi-FI connection.

We were confused about what to do with the rubbish, instructions could be clearer. It didn't cause us any problems but the main bedroom at the far end of the property also doubles as a lounge with a TV and sofa; and no door. also take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, as on main road.

Location excellent, cleanliness very poor.

The location was excellent, right in the town centre.

The house was not clean, the hard floor surfaces were sticky and the apartment was dusty. One bedroom had ladies toiletries under the bed and used tissues left from a previous guest. This was most concerning especially with young children staying at the property. Very disappointed overall.

Family Break

The flat was in a central location ideal for what we needed. It was very spacious. The kitchen was our hub with two tables together and enough chairs for us all to sit round and have great chat ! We were up for a family wedding and had a fab stay !

There really wasn’t a negative . Apart from the tv not working as my brother in law is lost without one ! It was sorted as soon as we’d asked about it so all was well 😃

Great location, there were condiments so I did not have to start from an empty kitchen

Door lock was hard to figure out for an international visitor. The window covering in the front room would not slide closed all the way.

We enjoyed our stay. It had everything we required and is very spacious.

The location was very central. The house was well equipped, spacious, warm and clean.

The access to the parking was tight so we weren't able to park our car in the park (we had a station wagon). It didn't help that there was snow. If you can't use the car park and have a vehicle it is hard to find a park near by that doesn't require a bit of a walk. We either used family who live just down the road or they were able to tell us about a park nearby but this is a park you'd only know about if you were a local. It is easy enough to drop and pack your gear but that is using short stay parking.

DO NOT fall in for good reviews

The only thing going for this place is location

I don't know where people who gave good reviews usually stay, but this place is more of a hostel than holiday accommodation. If you are driving a modern vehicle of a reasonable size, DO NOT attempt to park in allocated parking. The alleyway is so tight you will damage the car. The bedroom doesn't have a door. The only place to sit and chill in the evening is a kitchen chair. Mattresses several inches smaller than the bed frame. The radiator in one of the bedrooms blasting the heat away, we had to sleep with the window open. Bathroom towels thin like sandpaper and smell of cigarette smoke. Both front doors can only be opened with good force. One of the doors is rotten, and it was a struggle to lock at night after the rain. The host doesn't care about any of it. She simply said it's not her problem. And an hour after we left, she messaged, demanding 250 pounds for damaged mattress. I don't believe that mattress cost that much brand new. Her accusation was to counteract my complaint to her and booking.com on my arrival. There was no damage done to it.

The apartment had some very good points but was let down by the 3 issues above.

The location was excellent, the apartment was very clean and well stocked with a wide range of kitchen equipment and implements.

It would have been nice to have some lounge seating in the communal area. The bedroom at the end of the hallway didn't have a door. That room had no privacy at all. The very tight entrance to the parking area.

Excellent property and location.

Yvi was lovely and friendly in arrival. The place is really big and is like a home from home wirh some of the essentials to save you bringing thinks like oil, salt and pepper etc.

The hum of the electricity from the shops below that is through the night. Not such an issue when I put my earplugs in. So if you're sensitive to this type of noise make sure you pack some. Only slight negative point and would not stop me returning. Too many airfresheners, had to out out of the main flat.

Great location in a huge flat

Very spacious flat with tons of room. Recently upgraded. It has a dishwasher (rare in the UK). The host provided us a lot of extra towels in case we opted to go to the beach. The kitchen had all of the utensils you need and multiple sets of dishes (so you don’t need to do dishes midway through a meal). Host was very responsive and friendly. Great location in the heart of Inverurie (but you don’t get much noise)

The free parking is down a very narrow lane (very difficult for a larger vehicle). The rooms could use some blackout curtains.

we had a fantastic time at Yvi’s apartment and will definitely be going back sometime in the future. we would definitely

on entering the property we were met with an impressive sized kitchen which was perfect for dinner time with the family. the apartment was very clean and the rooms comfortable for 4 adults and two children. Yvi met us on arrival and couldn’t be more helpful. overall we would highly recommend Yvi’s apartment.

the only thing I would say is that the lane to the parking is a bit narrow but it’s a very minor thing and takes nothing away from how good our experience was staying at the apartment.

Great location. Loads to keep us busy in Inverurie and a great base for exploring further afield. Yvi and Josh were very welcoming and breakfast in their cafe was excellent.
