The room was clean
The people at the front desk actually a woman. Just rude. There are a lot of people coming for surgery you just figured you would get treated nicely. Also you get charged 100 for a dog but have no place to take dog at thats safe. The man at night time was wonderful and kind.

We were doing a Campus visit and it was right across the street so perfect location. There’s a lot of food options and the hotel was super clean.

That it's close to the hospital
We've been here a lot of time but this trip was not that good of a stay felt unsafe a lot of homeless people around now sitting outside and bothering you for money and new staff isn't as nice as before our bathroom door knob was broken at arrival dog or cat hair on the carpet in bedroom
