    I have arrived late as planned. Called ahead and confirmed everything. Was assured that everything is ready. BUT. they did not have room for me and to at least 10 more people. They claimed they overbooked. Which is obviously not true. All the room in hotel were dark and it looked like it was under construction. Why would you put yourself and your customers through that experience. Horrible
