    We arrived late at night and called the hotel to confirm the time of the shuttle. After waiting 40 minutes, the shuttle never came and we had our young daughter with us. We ended up having to pay for a taxi to take us. The front desk staff was rude and when I emailed the manager to ask if they’d reimburse for the taxi they were curt and extremely condescending.

    The breakfast left a lot to Be desired as it was only cereal waffles. The building is older but very well maintained and very clean. Great for a short stay!

    Room was clean, the location was nice and the price was good. Walls were a little thin, so you could hear some noise, but I'm a light sleeper so that probably had something to do with it. Great for the price!

    I arrived after Denver Airport had been shut down so there were a lot more passengers than usual. The shuttle kept stopping at different places than where I was told it would be, and picked people up randomly from who could get there first. Myself and 8 other passengers finally got on a shuttle after over 2hrs. When we arrived at the hotel we were all told all their rooms were booked and we could go to another hotel miles away. By this time it was gone 3am and many of us were leaving very early in the morning. No refund was offered. Or only alternative was what turned out to be an inferior hotel many miles from the airport that we didn't get to until 4am. I was in my room for less than 3hrs. We had all contacted the hotel to confirm our late arrival, enquire about the shuttle issues etc. At no point was anyone told that their room had been sold to someone else.
