We liked that the property had a shared pool that we were able to use! Also, that there was parking (free) outside the property available to us each day we were there.

so initially, when we arrived at the property there was an issue with the booking. We had a booking but it had been cancelled due to booking.com we rebooked immediately. It was booked for 6ppl and we had paid the price. Upon arriving at the apartment the lady who was going to give us the keys said that she only had 3ppl put down and that we would have to pay more. I disagreed and showed her evidence that we had in fact 6ppl written down on the booking. She disagreed and basically tried to blame us for it saying that we would need to pay more. However, as we had already paid for this previously and it showed evidence of the price for 6 ppl we stuck to our word. She decided to show us the property anyway but hadn’t said we would be able to stay in it. She was rude and arrogant to us. When we entered the property she decided to explain the map of Gran Canaria to us which we appreciated. But, as you can imagine we were already annoyed about how she had been with us before. I am not sure why she kept explaining different areas really going into depth when quite frankly she was rude to us and we were tired from the stress of this situation and from flying that we wanted some time to relax. I think she realised that we were tired and wanted to relax and explained the facilities and left. When it says on the facilities hot tub it does not mean there is a hot tub; there is a setting on the shower that the owner of the property considers it to be a ‘hot tub’. I explained to the owner that that is not what a hot tub is however, she disagreed and said here in Spain we call this a hot tub. I have stayed in many places in Spain and I have not seen this before. There are also no air conditioners or fans in this property so it is very hot. Only one person can shower at a time (there are two showers) as the water will go cold. Also if there are more than 3/4 pp make sure your shower is quick or you will be having a very cold shower.
