The apartment was a good size and comfortable bed .It was close to the port area and was nice and quiet at night.
The outside balcony area would need a bit of attention .The outdoor sofa cushions was covered in cat hairs and were dirty. Also the local cats used the plant raised area on the balcony as their toilet .

Le portillon qui est un peu dur à fermer/ouvrir (ne pas le laisser ouvert car il cogne et ça dérange le voisinage. Tout était parfait à part ça
