Apartamentos Agua Marina

Good quieter area in old town, accommodation was fine, staff were helpful and they have a facility for late checkout...obviously at a cost but only 10 euro for myself. If you get one of the higher level rooms then fantastic as brilliant view of harbour/marina

Room was okay but no view whatsoever. Booked a ground level room but got a middle level..no view whatsoever except walks and sky.

Bit sparse

The staff at the hotel were very nice, friendly and helpful. The apartment was what I expected based on hotel rating, nice and spacious. Good TV, kitchen area, good fridge and nice balcony. Smaller, but nice pool that is cleaned daily. A superb bonus is the locker / storage room with full bathroom and WC available to use after check-out. My outbound flight was in the evening and the use of this facility allowed me to have a full day out cycling, before getting my things in the afternoon.

My only negative feedback would be the transfer of a noise / voices with the above apartment later at night. Might be good to remind all guests of 'night hours' policy a bit more. I had to sleep one night on a sofa (which was equally comfy), because the guests upstairs were having phone all with someone in a different time zone and were not particularly quiet.

Being told the lock on the patio door was working ok while we hd a lot of bother with it, until it broke off on my husbands hand one morning. Once it was fixed it worked properly .The pool and surrounding area was getting very dirty during our stay..Plus I asked for a plastic chair for my back at the pool as I have issues with it...and the female receptionist more or less dismissed me that my sore back wasn't her problem, but did allow me to take a seat from our app and there was seats in the shower room beside the pool!!
