Perfect location, comfortable apartment.
Curtains were a bit grubby and the floor was not really clean.

The location in the area of the old port of Puerto del Carmen was much quieter than the main part of the resort. We had a comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and view of the port between two buildings on the opposite side of the road. A welcome pack was left in the kitchen.
Nothing really but a little washing machine soap would have been a nice thing to have.
