Beach Break Santa Teresa Apartamentos

My partner and I were profoundly impressed with both the accommodation and our overall stay. The apartment was absolutely spotless and looked even better in person. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, e.g. bath and beach towels, cooking and dining utensils, a coffee machine and kettle, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, a picnic blanket, soaps, and more. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially important for us. The location is truly unbeatable! It is directly across from the beach, yet set just far enough back from the main road to feel peaceful, private, and very safe. It’s within easy walking distance of great restaurants (we loved Eat Street across the road), ATV rentals, shops, and a variety of beautiful beaches and surf spots. We also appreciated having a fully secure, gated area where we could safely park our ATV overnight. Our host was wonderful! Very humble, friendly, and incredibly responsive. He went out of his way to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone considering staying here.

Fantastic location! Wonderful clean apartment with everything you need and nothing you don't. It's a block from the entrance to the beach. Off the main street so it's not too noisy. Very secure building. Outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, and indoor regular shower. Air conditioning. Super friendly and helpful host! Would definitely recommend.

Only wish I could have stayed longer.

I stayed at Beach Break for 22 days and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, close to the beach and everything you need. The owner, Mauricio, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. He made everything easy and smooth from the beginning. The cleaning lady did an amazing job — the studio was always spotless and very well taken care of. The studio is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with more than enough utensils for cooking, which was very important for me during a long stay. The WiFi was excellent. As a digital nomad, I had no issues at all working remotely — the connection was fast and reliable. Overall, I felt very comfortable and at home here. I would 100% stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone, especially long-term travelers and digital nomads.

The location of the house is amazing. The guy who runs it is punctual and easy to work with. The room comes with everything you need including parking.

The air conditioner is old and malfunctions constantly. There was water dripping from the ceiling and I messaged the host. He showed up and acknowledged he knew of this problem already. His idea was to move the bed.... Later in the night the leak made it to the new location of the bed, and therefore I didn't get any sleep. Pretty lackluster effort there. I wouldn't stay here again, which is too bad. With a little care, this place could be amazing.
