Dear Vacationers,
Enjoy your Baltic Sea vacation in the cozy and modern atmosphere of our vacation home, which was completed at the end of 2012. The lovingly furnished home can accommodate 4–(6) people.
After a wonderful day at the beach, you can relax in the spacious living-dining room, where a large seating area invites you to linger. For entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV (41 inches), a DVD player, a CD player, and a radio. Free Wi-Fi ensures you can enjoy surfing the web even while on vacation. Books and board games for all ages round out the amenities.
The bathroom is generously equipped (sauna, shower stall, mirror cabinet, hair dryer, and magnifying mirror). Underfloor heating ensures comfort, and the wall-mounted radiator warms your towels.
The dining area seats 6 people and provides plenty of space for culinary delights with your family or friends. The amenities also include a high chair for your toddler.
Prepare your three-course meal in the high-quality built-in kitchen, which is fully equipped with dishes and kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher) to meet virtually every need.
Our family home features a master bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Additionally, two guests can sleep on a sofa bed.
A washer-dryer is available for laundry.
Two beautiful terraces—one facing southeast and the other west—offer a great alternative to sunbathing by the sea and invite you to enjoy a hearty breakfast early in the morning. For your comfort, you’ll find a beach chair, a parasol, a grill, and plenty of patio furniture.
A parking space is reserved for you right next to the vacation home.

Location Information:
The vacation home is situated in a beautiful, quiet location, 200 meters from the beach and the water sports center (which features a large sailing, surfing, and kitesurfing school). A paradise for water sports enthusiasts—whether you’re a surfer, kitesurfer, sailor, angler, or just looking to swim and sunbathe. The nude beach and the dog beach are about 140 meters from the water sports and clothed beach. Facing directly south, this is one of the most beautiful beaches in Lübeck Bay, with fine, white sand.
Whether you prefer to lounge in the sun and “chill out” or are more of an active vacationer; whether you’re traveling with the whole family, as a couple, or alone: here you’ll find every opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable vacation by the sea.
Halfway to the beach, just a few meters from the vacation home, there’s a children’s playground that was newly built in 2011. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a surfing, sailing, and kitesurfing school, as well as pedal boat and bicycle rentals—you can even rent Segways right next door for a trip around the area. There are plenty of dining options as well: delicious croques and crepes at Strandpicknik; and you can get a cappuccino at Anthony’s Coffee Bar, just a few minutes’ walk from the vacation home.
In the nearby center of Pelzerhaken, you’ll find additional restaurants, bars, and ice cream parlors, as well as a supermarket and two bakeries. Pelzerhaken is an ideal starting point for day trips: the romantic fishing town of Neustadt, known from the ZDF series *Küstenwache*, is right on your doorstep and offers a wide selection of shops, restaurants, and—last but not least—a visit to the “Küstenwache” TV studio will be an unforgettable experience for the whole family. The same goes for a visit to HansaPark in Sierksdorf—simply fantastic for young and old alike! But the enchanting landscape of Holstein Switzerland, the historic old town of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, and the metropolis of Hamburg are also within easy reach for a day trip.

Ruhige, schöne strandnahe Ferienanlage mit verschieden grossen Häusern für Familien und Paare. Ideal für Radtouren in alle Richtungen. Wir kommen wieder.

Gepflegte Anlage, Häuser stehen teilweise sehr dicht beieinander. Rezeptionspersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
