About this house rental
Arrive and feel right at home.
This house is perfectly sized for four people (60 square meters) and has been lovingly furnished by us. If anyone needs to sleep outside the bedrooms, there’s a sofa bed with spring-core padding in the living area, ready to ensure sweet dreams.
The entire vacation home, with the exception of the bathroom, is covered with a designer PVC flooring that dampens footfall noise and feels pleasantly warm underfoot. All windows are equipped with pleated blinds.
The high-quality built-in kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Of course, we’ve also provided all the kitchen utensils you’ll need so you can enjoy cooking even while on vacation.
The living room invites you to relax.
Enjoy the glow of the fire in the wood-burning stove with a glass door. For entertainment, you’ll find two 80-cm flat-screen TVs, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a radio
and a CD player.
Both bedrooms are on the east side of the house. Blackout curtains ensure you’ll
get a good night’s sleep. One bedroom is furnished with a three-door wardrobe and
a double bed (2 m x 2 m).
The other bedroom features two single beds (1 m x 2 m), a two-door wardrobe, and an 80-cm flat-screen TV. For our younger guests, a travel crib with a blanket and pillow, as well as a high chair, are available.
The white bathroom features underfloor heating, a towel warmer, and a walk-in shower. The vanity offers plenty of storage space with two spacious drawers. A stool is provided for children. A hair dryer is also available for your use.
The washer-dryer and a clothes drying rack are located in the utility room.
Enjoy the sun in a beach chair or on the lounge chairs on the southwest-facing terrace. A grill is also available for your use.
The garden shed on the north side of the terrace is at your disposal; you can use it to store your bicycles, for example.
You can park your car right next to the house.

Es handelt sich um top ausgestattete Ferienhäuser in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Die zugebuchte Babyausstattung (aufgebautes Reisebett mit Kissen und Decke, Babystühlchen) war einwandfrei, es wurde sogar ein Kapuzenhandtuch fürs Baby bereitgelegt. Die Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt. Im Gartenhäuschen standen Grill, Bollerwagen und ein Fahrrad bereit. Auf der Terasse gab es auch einen Strandkorb. Schön zu beobachten war, dass kein Haus dem anderen glich.

Wie immer verbringt man im Feriendorf Südstrand eine wunderbare Zeit in direkter Strandnähe, etwas abseits vom Trubel am Hauptstraße, aber dennoch ist alles super erreichbar. Das Haus 37 hat uns gut gefallen. Die Betten waren bequem, die neuen Relax-Sofas waren klasse und im nach hinten gelegenen Garten ist man für sich. Wir kommen jedes Jahr immer gerne wieder ins Feriendorf Südstrand! ...eigentlich wollen wir gar nicht weg.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Betten waren in hervorragender Qualität, keine Rückenschmerzen oder ähnliches. Alles in allem, sehr zu empfehlen!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, das Haus Nr. 37 ist zweckmäßig, sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet.Das eingezäunte Grundstück hat unserem Hund sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
