The open living and dining area forms the heart of the home. Large windows let in plenty of light and seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. Whether it’s relaxing evenings on the sofa, watching a movie on the 75-inch smart TV, or cozy moments by the fireplace—you’ll instantly feel like you’re on vacation here.

The modern, open-concept kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and invites you to cook together.

In the stylish bedroom, a comfortable double bed awaits you for restful nights. Above it—in the style of a loft bed—is an additional sleeping area, ideal for children or as a practical storage space.

Another semi-open room offers additional flexibility: In addition to a sleeping area, it features a quiet workspace with a desk and a smart monitor (including an USB-C hub)—perfect for anyone who wants to combine work and relaxation.

A narrow spiral staircase leads to the upper area (hems). Here you’ll find two more cozy sleeping spots as well as an armchair—an ideal retreat for reading or relaxing.
Note: The upper level does not have full standing height for adults (max. 1.55 m).

The modern bathroom features a clean, minimalist design and is equipped with a sink, toilet, and a comfortable, walk-in shower.

The terrace, featuring a beach chair, a cozy seating area, and a convenient gas grill, invites you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors—from breakfast in the sun to winding down at the end of the day.

An outdoor sauna is already planned and will further enhance the wellness offerings in the future (2027).
