Das Haus inkl. Einrichtung war für uns voll und ganz ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit und auch die Bettwäsche/Handtücher waren hervorragend. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (11 und 15 Jahre) im April 2022 für eine Woche in dem Haus.

Die Kommunikation und Möglichkeit zur Kontaktaufnahme mit der Agentur ist verglichen mit dem Preis ausbaufähig-mehrfach über 30 Minuten Warteschleife. Emails zum Überweisen der Miete, kamen jeweils nur auf Nachfrage, obwohl der Stichtermin zur Überweisung bei Last Minute Buchung schon verstrichen war. Auch Infos zur Anreise, wo und wann der Schlüssel abgeholt werden kann, kamen trotz nahem Reisedatum erst am Tag vor Anreise auf Nachfrage und mehrfachen frustranen Anrufen in der Warteschleife. Kurtaxe wurde einen Tag doppelt gezahlt, da zwar mehrfach darauf hingewiesen wird, dass der Schlüssel am Anreiset erst ab 16 Uhr abgeholt werden kann, nicht aber, dass die Kurtaxen Tickets vorher bereitliege. Haus und Wochenedurlaub selber waren ganz wunderbar und sind sehr zu empfehlen
