The villa in Benissa has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. It is perfect for families and friends who wish to spend perfect holidays in a quiet residential area.

With 152 m², the villa is distributed over a first floor, which is accessed by passing through a small flight of stairs, we find a living-dining room with sofa bed, TV, two ceiling fans and air conditioning, a fully equipped American kitchen, a shared full bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed (two single mattresses united on the same bed base) with air conditioning and a fan. A second bedroom with two single beds with a portable fan.
On a second floor, found two double rooms, with fan, a full bathroom and another small sitting room with a small office.
Exterior of the villa:
On the second floor, we find a terrace with access to the property, a private swimming pool accessed by descending a flight of stairs, with a gas barbecue area and a table for eating, with an awning, parasol, and sun loungers. The pool has built-in steps to enter and is 8x4 metres in size.
It is located 3.3 km from the Fustera beach (Benissa), 3 km from the restaurant, 5.5 km from the town of Moraira and 5.9 km from the city of Calpe, 2.6 km from the supermarket, 92.1 km from Alicante airport and is located in an ideal area for families or friends.

Emplacement, très belle région. La piscine et la terrasse.
Propreté. Appartement du haut pas nettoyé à notre arrivée. Extérieurs pas propres. Barbecue sale à notre arrivée. Une cuisine d'été pourrait être réalisée au niveau de la piscine ce qui éviterait de monter et descendre de nombreuses marches.
Etendage mal placé.

The villa was well presented and in a good location.
We lost all electric to the villa and despite being given an emergency number where we left a message, we had no response. We had to visit the office the next day to report this in person. Even after the electric was connected, no one actually contacted us to tell us all was ok, again we had to return to the office to learn of the situation and if we could return to the villa. What is the point of an emergency number if no one responds?
We also had issues with the pool pump not working for 2 days.
Despite these problems we were happy with the holiday.
