Villa Serena Pines is a contemporary architect-designed villa in Ibiza style, built in 2007, ideally located between Moraira and Calpe on the Costa Blanca, set within a natural pine forest offering absolute peace, privacy, and total absence of disturbance.
Its architecture is inspired by contemporary Ibiza villas: cubic volumes, clean lines, and flat roofs, creating an elegant harmony between modern design and Mediterranean nature.
Just a few minutes from the most beautiful coves of the Costa Blanca, as well as restaurants and shops in Moraira and Calpe, the property enjoys a privileged location combining tranquility with quick access to the region’s main attractions.
Living spaces, both indoors and outdoors, are spacious, bright, and fully open to nature. The property features a large private swimming pool (11 × 5 m) with a unique architectural design and original geometric lines, surrounded by generous terraces. Great location but even greater house. Spotless, we'll equipped and so nice atmosphere inside with great opportunity to enjoy the evenings inside with milder evening temperatures in November. We spent the week cycling during the day and relaxing during afternoon and evening at the house. No complaints. Very flexible and easy communication is also a great plus. Thanks for a great stay.

The villa is in a quiet location and has an electric gate through which you can park your car. There is actually room for two cars. Access to the Casa is up a few steps and through the front door which is alarmed. The Casa is beautiful; roomy, and well-lit from natural light during the day. The kitchen is virtually brand new and is the best equipped I’ve ever know - has a wide selection of knives, serving equipment, coffee maker, electric juicer, scissors, skewers, bbq tools, American fridge-freezer, etc, etc, etc....The two people who look after the villa are lovely and are on-hand if necessary - they also do a fantastic job of cleaning the place!The whole place was immaculate on arrival and there were plenty of towels for use throughout our two-week stay; we washed them several times to keep them fresh and there were sufficient to use while the others were in the wash.All lights worked and there were spare bulbs just in case.The furniture was in great condition including the beds around the pool. The pool area is fantastic not only with sun loungers but also with a large, comfortable, rattan L-shaped sofa.There are a couple of points to note;-The two TVs (lounge and main bedroom) only offer programmes in French - not a problem for us as we are not bothered about TV on holiday and we could watch SkyGo on my iPad, but this may be a limiting factor for some guests. -There is no change of sheets each week unless you pay extra for a change - we actually washed the sheets midway through our holiday-Pool towels are not provided-Electricity and gas are also not included in the priceWe do feel that for the price of the villa, beautiful as it is, we should be able to watch TV and get a couple of extra sheets and some pool towels in with the price. Our only real negative point is that the pool was not cleaned very well and we had a lot of algae build-up on the sides/bottom. We had some bad weather during our stay but that was not the reason - the pool was the same last year too.It did not spoil our time though - we love this villa and had a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend it. It is furnished and finished to a very high standard, in a quiet location and the pool area is very private.
