The 2-storey, 280 m² villa Finca La Ferma is located in Benisa, a town in southern Spain's Alicante region. The villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. The villa also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning and heating in all the rooms, a television (Netflix is available), and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a high chair is also available.

Guests can relax in the furnished garden or sun on the open terrace, both for private use. The outdoor area also has a pool and a grill, also for private use.

The villa is located between the towns of Moraira and Calpe near the coastal road in a cul-de-sac. The villa is just a 3 to 10 minute (1.3 to 2.6 km) drive from a restaurant, a cafe, a bar, and a supermarket. Scenic Caleta de l'Advocat beach is just a 3 minute (1.5 km) drive from the villa. Alicante Airport is a 1 hour (92 km) drive from the villa.
