Brisa de Mar (Benissa) is a beautiful and spacious villa with a swimming pool and an incredible location, situated just 200 meters (a 3-minute walk) from La Fustera sandy beach and a 1-minute walk from several charming restaurants and a supermarket. The villa boasts a welcoming décor, blending Mediterranean style with elegant English touches. Your pet is welcome at this villa (extra cleaning fee of €55).
This villa offers an exclusive Almarina Villas gastronomic experience service (extra charge, see menus and customizable options) with private chefs for breakfast and lunch, as well as the highly acclaimed Paella + Tapas Experience and the Barbecue Experience. These dishes are prepared and cooked live by our private chefs using the freshest, highest-quality ingredients and presented exquisitely, ensuring unique, authentic, and unforgettable moments with your family and friends.

LAYOUT: The villa has two floors connected by an internal staircase. The total construction area is 230 m2.
On the ground floor, which has been completely renovated, there is a large 80 m2 living-dining room with large windows and access to a spacious terrace overlooking the pool. The living room connects to a large, modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances and cookware for a perfect stay. Also on this floor is a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and ample closet space.
On the upper floor, renovated in 2022, there are four spacious and well-decorated bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms and terraces. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hallway.
The exterior of the property, with a surface area of 850 m2, features a large parking area for up to 3 cars, a fantastic swimming pool with 6 sun loungers, and a lovely pergola and barbecue area with a dining table and sofas.
LOCATION:
- Thanks to its perfect location, a car is not necessary.
- The distance to "La Fustera" beach is only 220 meters, accessible via a private pedestrian walkway. Furthermore, from "La Fustera" beach, there is an ecological trail with beautiful sea views that leads to the coves of Pinets and Bassetes with a pleasant 400-meter walk.
- Several restaurants, beach clubs, and a good supermarket are all within 250 meters of the villa.
- 250 meters from an ecological trail ideal for pleasant walks along the seafront.

We had a wonderful time staying in the villa. Host was very responsive and helpful.
The villa is located near a beautiful beach, with a nice restaurant right on the beach, small grocery store is right across the street. An amazing artisan bakery is right around the corner. Villa is as described and shown in photos (not as vast, photos overextend it a bit), but you definitely see what you get. Each of the three main bedrooms has its own bathroom, and the two single beds bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. And there is a bathroom in the living/dining area. There is just one hairdryer for the whole house and it is located in this living room/dining are bathroom. (A strong, professional one). There are neighbors on a few side of the villa, and their guests were a bit noisy, but all respected the quiet time guidelines and quieted down around midnight. Sunrises on the beach and if you climb the trail stairs to the right of the beach are spectacular.
