Beautifully Furnished Family Villa with Spectacular Views and Pool.

Villa Eva is situated just on the outskirts of Moraira in the peaceful area known locally as benisa costa, a beautiful part of the Northern Costa Blanca. It is just 5 minutes drive from Moraira town and literally 1000mts from the beach. The local towns of Javea, Denia and Calpe are only a short drive away along very picturesque roads.
Villa Eva is entered through its own private electric gates just off a quiet side road, away from the hustle and bustle of the sea front. A set of steps leads you up to the front door and main entrance hallway.
The living accommodation is set out on one level with the spacious fully equiped kitchen, lounge and pool terrace all flowing through beautifully so that family time can be spent together and within the same space. On the same level are 2 beautifully decorated air conditioned bedrooms, one double and one twin (the combinations of beds in these 2 rooms can be adjusted to suit specific requirements). A separate bathroom with shower, bath, sink, toilet and bidet serves both of these bedrooms.
From the main entrance hall a set of marble stairs takes you up to the first master bedroom suite with a modern style en suite bathroom, dressing room and its own balcony overlooking the pool. This room is air conditioned and also has a ceiling fan. We have just completely refurbished this bedroom with a brand new bed and bedroom furniture, and we are particularly proud of this room. The bathroom has his and hers wash basins, toilet and bidet and a lovely big shower.
Back to the entrance hall and a second set of marble stairs takes you down to the second master bedroom, also with its own beautiful en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large shower and also a toilet, bidet and a full sized wash basin and vanity unit. The bedroom is also air conditioned.
The lounge and indoor living area has a comfortable cream leather 3 piece suite and a large 55” smart tv with all the English channels available. It is possible to move the dining table inside into this room but we prefer to eat outside. Villa Eva also has free Wi-Fi.
The lounge has 3 sets of large patio doors which lead directly onto the open naya and then onto the spacious pool terrace. We have comfortable outside furniture to relax either in the shade or sun loungers on the pool terrace. There is a big wind down awning which extends down from the naya and provides as much shade as you would require.
Roman steps lead into the shallow end of the pool and there are 2 sets of steps at the deep end to get out. At night there are underwater pool lights which can be switched on and this really does provide an irresistible temptation for those midnight swims!! Also on the pool terrace is the traditional Spanish BBQ which is available for everyone to use. The local supermarket has one of the best meat counters I have seen and enjoying some of their special cuts on the bbq is pure heaven. We have added a lovely hammock in the pool area which is perfect for relaxing in.
The kitchen is fully kitted out with everything required to self cater, there is an upright fridge freezer and a second fridge under the worktop if you need somewhere to keep those extra wine supplies. A four ring hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, plates, cutlery - everything is there. There is a small breakfast bar in the kitchen too with stools.
From the kitchen the outside door also leads out to an area of artificial grass and then onto the pool terrace itself. At night time the garden is illuminated which makes for a captivating atmosphere when sitting outside and watching the world go by while sipping cool drinks.
We like to drink cocktails while we sit around the pool and you will find everything you need to make them in the kitchen, from a cocktail shaker to martini or bellini pool safe glasses.
Villa Eva is located in a quiet and peaceful location and there is little or no passing traffic to disturb the tranquility and yet a short 3 minute drive gets you to the local supermarket located just on the edge of Moraira.
Benissa Costa - this is where Villa Eva is located and is perfectly placed to enjoy the whole area. The main town of benissa is a 10 minute drive inland and it has a good array of shops and supermarkets but the easiest place to get to is Moraira which is literally a 5 minute drive away. Here you will find absolutely everything you will need, numerous supermarkets, banks, shops and of course lots of places to eat.
At night the Moraira area really comes into its own, its enchanting side streets with lots of cosy little restaurants tucked away or the promenade along the sea front have a choice of places to eat for anyone - we still haven't tried them all as there are so many to choose from!! There are also lots of little boutique shops to spend your euros on!!
Beaches - there are lots to choose from depending on what you like all within easy distance from Villa Eva. Our nearest beach is a beautiful little cove with a sandy area and is perfect for the children, coincidently it also has a fabulous restaurant overlooking it. Moraira town, has a fantastic sandy beach, which never seems to get too crowded and we have always been able to park. Here you can enjoy a few more fun things if that is your thing, such as aqua bouncy castles and pedalos. If snorkelling is what you like then you are in the perfect place too, there is pretty much a different location for every day there are so many places to choose from.
Golf - there are 5 golf courses in the area. The local club, Club De Golf Ifach was designed by Javier Arona and Seve Ballesteros designed the Club DE GolfOliva Noma which is also a challenging course - or so we are told!!
If you just want to enjoy the surrounds, there is a breath taking walk right along the coast from moraira to calpe and is a must, even if you only do a short section of it. You will have some of the best views of little rock coves it is possible to get and there is an abundance of wildlife and nature to see along the way.
If you fancy something a little bit more energetic then the climb to the top of the penon de ifach, the iconic rock at calpe is for you, don't get fooled by the easy start and don't do it in flip flops!!!
