Large Villa with sea view in delightful Benissa Montemar (Costa Blanca North)

Lovely modern property with air conditioning in all rooms. Lovely area by the pool for socialising, lots of space for everyone. We really liked the seating under the canopy, and great pool.Lots of steps so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Parking at the front of the property only, we had 5 cars and managed to park them all on the drive and road outside.

A fabulous villa and in a beautiful location. The villa was perfect for our extended family; the set-up with the self contained apartment worked really well for us. We found the villa had amazing features and amenities, meaning we didn’t even need to venture out much! We particularly loved the pool area. Although the villa is in Benissa, it is a short drive away from the very beautiful beach town of Moraira which we visited several times. Can’t wait to return!

Really enjoyed our stay as a family of 9. Rein and Jamila were very welcoming and helpful. The house was great for all ranging from 7 years to 70 years of age. We'd definitely stay here again . Pool was clean and the bbq was an excellent addition with a short trip into town by car to pick up food and drink

A lovely large villa that was in a perfect location for our holiday. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. There is everything you could ask for in this very well presented accommodation. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. Thank you for having us!
