About this villa rental

Villa Mila is a cosy villa perfect for family-holidays throughout the whole year. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Four bedrooms are located in the villa. Two bedrooms are located in two separately standing pool-houses. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the master bedroom is also connected to another (second) bedroom, which has 2 single beds and the possibility to add a children's bed. Both rooms have beautiful seaviews.

Both the third as well as the fourth bedroom have 2 single beds and share another bathroom.

The fifth bedroom is very big. It has a king-size bed and offers space for another (children's) bed. It has a beautiful seaview and a bath-room ensuite. This bedroom is located in a poolhouse.

The sixth bedroom is a bit smaller. It also has a bathroom ensuite and two single beds, which can be connected. This bedroom is located in the second poolhouse.

There is another cool room downstairs in the villa next to the washing-room. This room can be used as a playing room as well as an extra bedroom. It has a separate entrance/exit door to the terrace. Nearby is an outside toilet located on the terrace next to the garage.

The villa has a cosy lounge with flatscreen satellite-TV, DVD, sound installation and a dining room with an open kitchen with all equipment (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee-machine etc) and all necessary utensils.

All rooms in the villa have airconditioners as well as floor heating and there is free WiFi.

The villa has an 8x4 kidney shaped heated pool, 2 big shower cabines and many comfortable deck-chairs and sunbeds. Around the villa are several big terraces
with tables and chairs, table-tennis, swings for children and ample parking space. There is also a wooden pergola with cosy chairs to relax and have a drink.

The summer kitchen has a fridge, gas-cooker, BBQ, hot and cold water, paellera's etc. The villa has an extra waterstorage, which is very useful in the middle of summer when the water pressure is usually too low

the whole area around the villa is fenced. The sea and restaurants are on a walking distance (ca 500 mtr).

This villa is also very comfortable during the winter-season and therefor an excellent choice for people, who want to have a longer winter-stay.

We, 10 friends, had a lovely stay. We were 4 couples and 3 singles. The accommodation had good beds, clean and nice. AC in every room. Space for 3 cars. Good communication with the host.

We arrived late at night and Nina was there to receive us and had very kindly arranged some groceries for our first day.The whole villa was excellent and very comfortable with good facilities both inside and out!We particularly enjoyed the outside eating area ,Kitchen and BBQ where we ate every evening!The lovely warm pool was much enjoyed by all and the play areas and ping pong table provided more fun and games.The two outside pool bedrooms allowed for more space and privacy away from the four bedrooms in the main house!Benniconnect transfers provided an excellent private transfer for 12 and Blanca cars provided an excellent car hire service delivered to the villa.We would strongly recommend this villa and really hope we will be returning to it soon for a repeat of an excellent holidayThanks Nina and Ruud from the Hayden family

We had a really lovely stay at the villa which was perfect for us as a family of 8 adults, a 3 year old and 3 babies. We were met by Nina who welcomed us, showed us around the villa and explained how everything worked. There was plenty of space for everyone with a number of different seating areas outside and the 2 pool rooms were ideal for a bit of privacy. The children loved the pool and the views are stunning. There are a number of restaurants and a beautiful beach bar a ten minute walk from the villa. The centre of Moraira was about a 20 minute walk along the seafront where there are plenty of restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. A car would be useful for grocery shopping and days out but not essential. Rudd and Nina are both so welcoming and responded quickly to any queries we had regarding our booking and also during our stay. We will definitely return Many thanks

We have just returned from a brilliant week here and found the property to be ideal for our group (two grandparents, two adult children and their spouses plus their four girls ranging from 2 to 9). The two families had the bedrooms and bathrooms in the villa whilst my husband and I had the lovely en-suite pool house and weren’t disturbed by little ones waking early! We soon settled into a routine of going to the beach (a short drive away) for a couple of hours in the morning but the girls were always happy to get back to the villa and into the pool where they would have remained until bedtime given the chance! We ate out a couple of times but were usually happy barbecuing or enjoying something tasty from the excellent Mas y Mas supermarket which had a good fresh fish counter, butcher etc. There is nothing to fault and lots of little extras to mention: child bed for our youngest grandchild, high chair, table tennis and table football, outside toilet to save wet kids going indoors, good dishwasher, AC, early check in and welcome Prosecco and water in the fridge. We hope to come back - thank you Ruud and Nina!

Omg where to start, from the moment we booked to moment of departure we could not fault anything. Our hosts Rudd and Nina have been amazing, nothing has been too much trouble, they organised a welcome pack for us which was much needed as we arrived at 1am. They also organised for someone to come and cook a paella for us which i totally recommend, it was amazing. The villa had everything we needed and was the perfect home from home. I would recommend getting a car as there is so much to go and see Thank you Rudd and Nina for making our family holiday one that we will never forget. Love the Pulham family xx

The property for us was just superb suited us perfectly great pool which the grandchildren and adults enjoyed. Situated on a hill we had a heavily pregnant mum with us but she found the walk down fine and there was always a taxi about to bring her and the children back. Some really good restaurants around and the town is very pretty. Good hosts very friendly and attentive, if you want to play table tennis bring balls with you as you loose them over the property wall. Fantastic view out to sea and great BBQ area. Couldn’t have had a better holiday

Calle Tordo 1, how beautiful! The villa is on 3 levels which was perfect for our family to spread out and have our own privacy. We travelled with 2 babies and 3 children (ages 7 - 3) and had everything we needed. We did hire a car which I would say is a must for shopping trips and days out etc. The hill back up to the villa is a steep one. Especially when carrying the children or pushing the pram. Thankfully the pool was big enough for us all to shower immediately and jump into when you arrive back from your workout. It's nice and quiet, enclosed and safe with lovely views especially from the top floor. We cannot thank Ruud enough for offering this villa as the one we booked initially had ongoing works nearby and due to the dust and noise, he granted us the opportunity to upgrade. Communication throughout has been amazing, Nina (Ruud's daughter) is absolutely lovely. Always on hand to help if need be. If you're contemplating booking this villa, please do, you wont be disappointed. Area is beautiful, beach is idyllic, villa is amazing. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you again Ruud and family!

Beautiful spacious villa. 13 of us stayed ages ranging from 1 - 66 !! Never felt on top of each other. Chill area around the pool outdoor cooking facilities were a hit. We walked every day to the beach and back. Nina the owner was very quick to respond when we asked a question. Would definitely return 💕

We've had a wonderful stay at Villa Mila. The pool with the sunbeds, the view to the sea, both spaces to come together and to have some private time, for the kids opportunities to play (beside the pool, which was the main attraction of course). Our hosts are very kind and nice people. I wish, we've could have stayed longer.

Wonderful Villa, we’ll equipped with everything you could need. Great view from the top of the hill but would suggest hiring a car for supermarket trips and heading into town to market as the walk back up the hill can be tough for small children and grandparents and taxis are not reliable. We all had a fantastic time, the local market was great for fresh fruit and olives and the local supermarket for meats and fish. The kids spent most of their time in the pool. There was a good selection of books, games and toys too in the Villa which they enjoyed using as well as some fab play areas and lots to explore.

The villa was on a quiet street within walking distance to local restaurants and bars on the coast (15 mins walk) the sandy beach is probably a 25 min walk. The villa was amazing for kids- play area with swings, climbing frame, little Wendy house. Our contact with the host was 5 stars and Ruud was very helpful answering questions before our stay- and Nina was also available on WhatsApp during our stay. We had an amazing paella cooked for us by our hosts too, at a good price. If I was to feed back on anything the villa may require it would be larger bath towels and also the microwave open door button was broken. Thank you for a great stay! X

This Villa was all it said it would be. We were a party of 8 adults and 3 children and was perfect for everyone. So many little seating areas to have some quiet time. The pool houses were great for the members without children. And the extra touches of areas for the children are very thoughtful. Ruud and Nina always responded straight away to any questions and were perfect hosts. We were offered a Paella cooked on site which was a nice surprise and would recommend having. Beautiful area but would advise the need for a car for shopping and getting to beach etc as is a hilly area.

The reviews are not wrong, this villa was perfect! We are a group of 8 adults and 1 child, the villa was great. Plenty of areas to hide away and enough space to congregate together as a group around the pool and to eat. Lots of bedrooms and you didn’t feel on top of each other at all. We hired cars to get us around and there is off street parking for 2/3 cars. You could walk to some restaurants, bars and a small beach, but would need a car for the bigger town and main beach. The villa is on a hill, so about a 10 min walk down but 20 min walk up (at most). We’d definitely book here again in a heartbeat. Ruud and Nina are lovely and very easily contactable and responsive to messages. Thank you so much for having us.

This villa in a perfect little Spanish seaside town was a homerun! I looked all along the Costa Blanca for a town that was fairly close to big attractions (like Terra Mitica and the many marinas in the area) and this place in Moraira is just that! Nina and Ruud were great hosts and answered any questions I had really accurately and promptly. There were one or two hiccups along the way that I could have probably helped myself with (like how to dispose of garbage). Once I addressed them with the owners, they were quickly worked out. I probably would have liked to have more recommendations for tours such as sailing but again, I could was able to do some research and work this out since I'm a travel planner where I live. The villa itself is PERFECT for multigenerational families with great separate areas. Pool is AMAZING and as many guests have already alluded to, the photos cannot do the SPECIAL view any justice. Thank you again to Ruud, Nina and everyone involved in making our stay special!

We had a very nice week in Vila Mila, 13 persons from 3 years to 70+. The house was very nice, the beds were good, it was very nice for the children to play, it was near by the supermarket, the beach, the restaurants, the town. We did not have a car. All of us would like to come back….

Villa is great, spacious and comfortable inside and outside. The pool was lovely and we all had fun using it, even our 3 month old granddaughter! We liked the different outside sitting and eating areas and the barbecue area was ideal in the evenings. With 6 bedrooms it was perfect to accommodate our family that was all 4 generations! Moraira town is lovely and there is a good selection of cuisines on offer as well as a sandy beach. Highly recommended.

Villa Mila suited our family of nine adults, two teenagers and a grand daughter of twelve, perfectly. The villa is spacious with lots of quiet places for us grandparents to retreat to! The pool was a big bonus and worth the 300 euros extra to heat it. The location meant that the hire cars were seldom used as the nearest beach was only a 10minute walk away as were shops and restaurants. All in all we had a memorable and sunny week together.

The property was everything we expected and more. Plenty of space for 3 very active children, excellent facilities for us all. Plenty of outside space for chilling in the sun or shade! Pleased we paid extra for the heated pool and that we had a car available for an elder member of the group. The views from the villa were very special and the photographs did not do it justice. The area itself was also perfect for us, clean beach, rock pools, good restaurants and shops. Totally loved it and it was a very welcome break for us all. Thank you also to Ruud for allowing my daughter and my husband to arrive a day early. Thank you for also servicing the pool and the outside spaces. Thank you for being prompt if we have problems of queries. We would love to return!

Before even arriving, Ruud was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for all the kiddos with incredible response time. We were greeted at the property by a friendly Ruud who showed us how he had set everything up for everyone and the toddlers/infants. The place is gorgeous, the pool was cleaned several times during our stay and definitely go in for Nikita's paella! The place really made our reunion with friends.

We were a family of 8 adults and 4 young children, the layout of the villa with connecting rooms and the pool houses worked so well for us. The pool was lovely and enjoyed by all . The views are fantastic from the villa. The lounge and dinning area did get very warm as no air conditioning in there. Walking into town for shops and restaurants not too far , but quite hilly so bit of a workout with young children in prams walking back up. It’s very easy to do a Mercadona shop online and have it delivered direct to villa. We did find mosquitos a bit of an issue sitting outside in the evenings. We loved the villa and would come back also would definitely recommend a visit to the Olive Tree Restaurant just down the hill excellent food and exceptional service .

This property was perfect for our family holiday, very comfortably accommodating all 12 of us. Spotlessly clean, plenty of space, great pool and amazing views of the sea. It had everything and more! The owner ensured everything was set up specific to our needs, nothing was too much trouble which made the whole booking, checking in and checking out process hassle free. A short walk to the beaches and pretty little town with plenty of lovely shops, restaurants and bars makes this a great location and highly recommended. We did have a car which helped with trips to the supermarket although there are plenty of taxis at a very reasonable price. Overall a perfect family holiday!

Our family of 6 adults and 3 children had a fantastic stay at the villa. It is incredibly spacious and had everything we needed and more. The views from the villa are beautiful. We walked into Moraira which has an excellent selection of restaurants and enjoyed the local shops. We also had a great meal at Gastrobar 21 which is only a short walk away from the villa. Ruud has been incredibly helpful from the moment we booked. Thank you, we would love to come back!

Beautiful villa with more than enough space. We stayed at the villa with 3 families 6 adults and 5 children. There would have been more than enough space to have more join us and still felt comfortable. The area it’s self is stunning and the views from the villa are incredible. I would recommend getting a car if you are considering staying, although the walks are very nice into the surrounding areas the walk back can be a struggle especially with young children. Taxis are not easy to get from the villa but a walk into Teulada is very nice and taxis are much easier coming back. The owner of the villa was contactable should we have needed him and his daughter Nina, who welcomed us into the villa was very accommodating and friendly. We would 100% visit again

The villa was perfect for our group, 10 adults and 2 children. Very Clean, all the amenities, it had everything we needed and more! We didn’t hire a car and used taxis to get to the shops and town. Bar 21 is walking distance and the food was great. Would definitely book again

From the first moment of booking where Ruud allowed us to change the check in dates to suit our flights, the whole process and holiday was brilliant. The villa itself is amazing and even better in real life. The view is unbelievable and I loved waking up every morning, eating my breakfast and taking it in. There was 10 adults and 2 babies and the villa could have easily fitted more adults and children and still felt massive. The outdoor space is amazing and you never feel on top of each other. The BBQ area is superb and makes staying in not only cheap but pleasurable. We had cars which helped with the shopping and taking rubbish to the bins. It is hilly but it didn’t really bother our party. We would definitely book again.

There was a party of 12, ages from 71 to 12. Very clean lots of space. Excellent aircon and wifi. Amazing views. Shops beach and restaurants all in walking distance. We were a family of 9 Adults and 2 children. We found this lovely placed villa in a quite area surrounded by trees it was idyllic. Plenty of space for all of us. The pool water kept clean though out our stay. The villa was spotless clean. Nina was lovely and helpful. Beautiful views over the bay from the patio area. Yes you are on a steep hill but not too bad if you are fit. Thank you Nina and Ruud

Family of 13 ages ranging from 2 to 48 every 1 had a great time , Nina was there to meet us an she’d filled fridge with nessaties ,which was lovely as we didnt arrive till 21.30. Nina was jus a txt away at all times , pool man came every couple of days .villa had everything u need,Lots of space to chill or sunbath . Play areas for the kids amazing view from the villa , 2 min walk to bar 21 lovely food . Was about 20 min walk downhill to a lovely beach that had beach bar that did a good range of food and drinks all for a good price , shops & resturants all nearby . Although we ate most of our food at the villa we made good use of the outside barbecue . Lovely family holiday would definetly go back thank you Nina & rudd

Villa Mila was an ideal family villa, great for both the children and the adults. The bbq area is extremely well equipped. There is loads of space for children to play safely as the villa is secure. Good location as it as close to the town and beach a car is needed.
