About this villa rental

Villa Daniso is a comfortable spacious villa, perfect for family holidays. The villa has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The master bedroom (with double bed) has an en-suite bathroom in Victorian style with a Victorian bath with brass feet. There is also a spacious en-suite dressing room.
The second bedroom (without en suite) has two single beds. This bedroom has direct access to the covered naya and the pool area. The bedrooms 3 and 4 are connected rooms with an en suite bathroom. One of these two rooms has 2 single beds. The other room has a big bunkbed. The fifth bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom en suite. Via an inside stairs you reach the sixth bedroom (very spacious) on the second floor. This bedroom is in fact a small studio with a working place (desk) a small place to sit and a flatscreen tv. This bedroom has 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the terrace on the second floor. The terrace on the second floor has a nice view to the sea and to the mountains and it can be covered if needed. This terrace can also be reached via an outside staircase. In the basement there is an extra bedroom with a separate entrance and two single beds.

The kitchen is spacious and complete with a new dishwasher and microwave, big fridge, and an adjacent room with a washing-machine plus ironing set. All utensils are there and a toaster, coffee-machine, water cooker etc,

The dinner-table has 10 places and the dining-area is next to the kitchen. In the same area hangs one flat screen TV (incl DVD player and karaoke), which is connected to the satellite dishes.

All rooms in the house have hot/cold air conditioning and gas central heating. The villa has an extra water-storage, which is very useful in the middle of summer, when water-pressure in Moraira can be low.

Outside of the house are several (covered) terraces with deck-chairs and sunbeds near the pool. There is a big dinner-table on a terrace next to the summer-kitchen. The summer-kitchen is covered and the terrace with dinner-table can be covered if needed.

There is plenty of space to play ping-pong and mini football. The whole area around the house is fenced.

There is an extra shower next to the pool and there is also a small building in the garden with another bathroom (shower, washing-basin and a toilet).

Two cars can be parked inside of the premises.

In the direct neighbourhood of Villa Daniso are many pine-trees and eucalyptus-trees and there is always a light sea-breeze.

Great villa with lots of outside space and an amazing pool which had a large sun umbrella to shade some of it which was lovely. The bedrooms all had air conditioning which made sleeping so much easier in the heat. The hosts were excellent and came round straight away to fix any problems.Moraira is beautiful. It is about a 25 minute walk into town. There are plenty of restaurants and bars. There is a very relaxed atmosphere with lots of families. Taxis back to the villa were about 9 euros.We had a lovely time and would definitely go back.

Wow!Communication with the owner was 10 out of 10 from the very start.My family used it for one week. on arrival we were met by Nina who gave an excellent handover and instructions for everything in the villa. Her husband Nick cleaned the pool during the mornings before we even woke, he remained on hand to rectify any small issues that arose throughout a week. Nina and Nick were supportive and responsive and just amazing lovely people. The Villa, all of the bedrooms had air-conditioning, were exceptionally clean, had plenty of storage space and were large and airy. The family room has fixed bunk beds, and double bed. The Lounge and kitchen had everything and every day Home would need.The outside area, where we spent most of our time together, had an amazing pool a superb relaxing pool side area ideal for adults and children. We all had a sunbed and plenty of space to put it the outdoor kitchen with barbecue fridge freezer hot plate was where most of our evening cooking took place. The barbecue area the Veranda and the upstairs balcony all had its own shade if you wished.I would highly recommend this to any family or group looking for large Villa in a beautiful area in Moraira. Villa is located on a hill outside Moraira but it’s only took 25 minutes to walk into the town. There is a taxi rank in town to take you back for less than 10. The villa does have a carport should you wish to have your own car.

Had an amazing time at this villa with two families, it was very spacious, extremely clean and well equipped. The communication from Ruud & Nina was excellent. Just a 25 min walk down to Moraira and the Paella evening prepared by Nick was fantastic. We had such a wonderful time and would definitely like to return to this villa.

Perfect place for a family vacation. The outdoor kitchen and pool area are fantastic. The family never left the villa. There was 13 of us and we had more than enough space in and out of the villa. The host was very accommodating and on hand for any assistance. The villa itself was well maintained and absolutely spotless. The location was really good and it was a nice quiet area. The villa is fantastic, 12 of us stayed and the ages ranged from 15 months to 61 years of age and everyone had a great time, the villa had everything you need to have a great holiday. The pool was a great size. Enough sunbeds and chairs, the only thing the villa could add is furniture on the upstairs balcony and shutters to the back bedroom and the family bedroom with the bunkbeds. This did not stop us enjoying the villa though.and shutters on

We rented this house for two weeks in July 2024. We were 14 guests in the age of 1-73 and we had a great time. The villa is spacious and well equipped and all the families had their own bathrooms. Outside there was also enough space for everyone and the pool was lovely. We recommend to have a rental car as there is a 20-25 minute walk to the beach/shops. We had some small problems but they were solved very fast. Nina and Ruud answered quickly when we had questions. We highly recommend this villa for a family holiday!

I can not rate this property and Nina and Rudd enough. What a stay, we have been visiting moraira for over 30 years, its like home. Clean, friendly, safe and you make friends wherever you go. Family have property here but we took our adult children and grandchildren this year and needed a bigger property. We found these and the property looked to suit all our needs. The house was perfect, for the parents with children a pefect attached room, a room upstairs to escape for who needed it, the master was just amazing. The living space was perfect for the 9 of us, the kitchen also amazing. Outside was just perfect, climbing frame for the kids known as the park they just loved and the eating area was awesome to sit together and eat. The Outside sitting area with the most comfortable furniture was just anazing to relax and read under the shade but we all just had the best time in the pool. Was a perfect size and couldn't get us out. The whole stay was just amazing and would recommend it to everyone. It will forever be on my list to go when bringing the family. Thank you to our wonderful hosts. You were amazing. Not only should you have moraira forevermore your go to holiday but always contact these guys should you need a wonderful villa to stay in. Thank you both for allowing us to use your property to make the best memories ❤️

Great property, loverly pool, great location, one very annoying thing is air conditioning is on a timer in all the rooms so through the night requires a press of a button to keep it running so in some of the rooms we were constantly up and down all night. The owner was lovely and very easy to deal with.

On arrival, we were met by Nina and given a tour of the villa. It was immediately clear that we had made an excellent decision in choosing this villa! The villa is wonderful. All of the rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the outdoor space around the pool offers both shade and sun. The swimming pool is an excellent size and there is also a table football and table tennis table. Our days were spent in the villa and also at the beach in different resorts which are all a short drive away. This is a great villa and I would happily return for another holiday.

Great pool; superb facilities; fantastic layout; perfect location. Plenty of space for a large family to spread out and relax. Large pool - big enough for adults and great for kids learning to swim. Location is ideal - with Moraira and Calpe only a very short drive away. Villa was clean, and Ruud was a great host - everything organised before our arrival - check-in was quick and easy.

We have just had a fantastic family week at Ruud and Ninas villa in Moraira. Highlights of the villa are the swimming pool area and the outdoor BBQ area which we used almost every day. We had lots of small children in our party and it was brilliant to be able to put the huge sun umbrella over the end of the pool giving the toddlers shade whilst they played in the shallow end. Ruud was great to deal with. Very efficient and fast to respond to any queries. Moraira is a lovely town with many bars and restaurants. Supermarkets are only 5 minutes drive. We particularly enjoyed Paella night at the villa which Ruud arranged. It fed 12 of us in the evening and provided lunch for next day . Overall a great holiday in a lovely villa. Cheers

The villa was ideal for our family holiday. Very well equipped and spacious for our group of 10. The outside bbq area was ideal and the table tennis, table football and pool were well used. The villa is in a lovely area and about a 30min walk to the beach and town, with lovely cafes and restaurants. The walk back is good exercise! There are a couple of restaurants close to the villa too. Plenty of supermarkets a short drive away. Any questions we had were answered quickly both before and during our visit. We had a wonderful holiday- would highly recommend.

We had a very nice family stay with 9 persons in october. Everything is in very good shape, landowner is personally taking care of the place and the equipments (kitchen, mosquito nets on doors and windows, ...). Good layout for small children and elderly (if parking outside the property which works well). We appreciated good beds and paid extra for pool heating. View is limited, but as on the photos. We were a large family of 10 with ages ranging from 2-66. The villa was lovely and clean when we arrived, we were supplied with lots of towels which we thought was a lovely touch, we’ve never had that before in any villa we’ve stayed in. Ruud was there to greet us upon our arrival even though we were later than expected, which we greatly appreciated. The pool was great for all ages and we were pleased to have paid the extra to have it heated. We would definitely recommend this villa for families of all ages and we would visit again.

We highly recommend this beautiful facility, which guarantees everything you need during your holiday with your family. The great terrace gave us unlimited possibilities of feasting outside, and the wonderful swimming pool (cleaned every day) was a great atraction for a child who could, if he could, would not leave it at all. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you need to prepare meals for a group of 12 people. The excellent location gives you the opportunity to explore the beautiful surroundings. The owner is very helpful, communicative and extremely friendly. Holidays in this place will remain in our memory for a long time.

His owner Ruud is very kind and close, facilitating everything you need. The villa was large and spacious and we all had our own bedrooms. Great for the teenagers!. The pool was very well used as it was so very hot all the time. The upstairs loft room was too hot to sleep in even with air con our adult granddaughter found. We enjoyed having all meals outside .The outside kitchen was well used. A wellcome pack of basic foodstuffs would have have saved a late trip out after a long tiring journey. My husband would have appreciated a local map of the area.. It was convenient to have a supermarket nearby which we used nearly every day! The oldies enjoyed coffee and a look round at the nearby garden centre. Celebrating an 80 th birthday,a Golden wedding and a first class honours degree was a wonderful occasion. Glasses of fizz, homemade paella and lots of laughter was a great end to a family holiday. Our group of 14 people, including three infants and children of different ages, stayed at Villa Daniso for 12 days. We were very happy with the house, the surrounding terrace and pool area and had great communication with the friendly and helpful owners of the house from the day we placed our order until we left. The cleanliness of the house was as good as possible and a lot of activities outside the house so that we ended up spending a lot of time there (pool, table tennis, fuseball). We ordered pool heating to get the temperature of the pool up to 29 degrees Celcius, which was a good decision since that temperature showed to be excellent for the kids to play in the pool for extended periods of time. As an example of the positive and helpful communication with the owners, they provided us beds and children seats for all three infants as well as two trolleys. We got some helpful suggestions for the transport between the Alicante airport and the house and also about stores and restaurants in Moraira. And when the owners of the house got to know that we would be arriving after midnight at their house, they even offered us to send them a list of things from the grocery store we would like to have at the house at our arrival, and earlier that day they went shopping for us. Moraira is a nice place with a few sand beaches and decent restaurants. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice. However, there is no grocery store close to the house and there are almost no sidewalks in the Pinar del Advocat residential area. We would recommend having a rental car during the stay at the house (using taxis to get to the store and back might be enough for those who don't think they need to go often to the store). We are very happy with our stay at Villa Daniso and highly recommend selecting this house when planning a vacation.

Our family holiday usually happens every 2 years, but we hadn't got together as a family abroad for 4 years. We ended up with with 6 grandchildren and 6 adults, no one was disappointed. We had a real ball, all the facilities were there, the pool was really nice. Outdoor BBQ kitchen, lots of space, great loungers, good quality accessories. Only 30 mins walk to the beach, or a 10 minute run!! I really hope that we will be back.

My wife, children, and grandchildren (9 of us) spent a lovely week at Villa Daniso to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary. It more than met our expectations.....plenty of space for us all, nice pool for those who wanted it, lovely naya for those of us wanting shade, and a brilliant outdoor kitchen and dining area for those occasions we did not go out to eat. Big villa, plenty of space for large groups. Would recommend a car because nearest shop is 30 min walk although taxis are easy to order. Highly recommend Ca Pepe for food and drinks which is 15 min walk. Ruud was very helpful at all times.

We had a lovely family holiday particularly enjoying the outdoor space at the villa- pool, terrace, outside kitchen added to our enjoyment. The villa has plenty of room for a large party to spread out and either have their own space or all congregated together. This villa is situated in a very beautiful area with beaches and restaurants just a short drive away and Bar 21 is just a short walk away. If you want an early morning coffee try the garden centre (opens at 9:00) next to Bar 21, well worth a visit. Would definitely recommend this villa to large parties.

We have just spent a lovely week at Villa Daniso. We were a party of 14 family members and found the villa perfect from start to finish. We received a warm welcome from Ruud who also arranged for a chef to come and cook paella for us and I must say it was delicious, Pepe the chef is a character and made it a wonderful experience. Moraira is definitely a place we would return to.

We were a party of 13 - three families made up of 6 adults and 7 teenagers. We found the villa to be exactly what was promised on the website. What a wonderful location for our holiday and so much space for such a large group. The villa was very clean and organised and we couldn't have asked for better. Lots of towels are also provided which is so great to have for travellers. The location is great - probably better to have a car, if not keen on walking as the centre of Moraira is a 2km walk, all downhill. We walked into the centre every day and we enjoyed the walk but we got taxis back to the villa :-) as it was steep uphill the whole way back. But the walk is perfectly fine and even the teenagers enjoyed it! The locals are all so friendly and helpful. There is no local shop nearby which was disappointing as this was mentioned in a previous review so things like fresh bread and milk each day were only possible if you go to the super markets etc. but this worked out fine for us and wasn't a problem. There is a local bar/restaurant about 500m walk away and the food is excellent and the service very friendly. (Bar21) We went there a few evenings. Booking in advance is recommended if in a large group. Lidl and other Supermarkets were a short spin away in the car/taxi. Taxis were easy to get each day/night and fees were between €6.50-€10.00 depending on time of day or night (and tip). Our host Nina was very friendly and was most helpful on our arrival. Ruud was also very quick to reply to any questions I had prior to booking and arriving and was very good to accommodate our holiday dates. Overall we had a very relaxing holiday and enjoyed the villa so much. It is a fabulous property and we hope to return again. Until next time!! :-) Adios
