Husband and I stayed two weeks at “Sunshine”.
The property was updated, kitchen well equipped, and decorated beautifully. Bikes and kayaks were available. We enjoyed the kayaks but they were a little difficult to pull out of water onto the dock. Owner wonderful to work with, very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend a stay and enjoy a little “Sunshine”!

Matlacha is still a work in progress after hurricane Ian but we could not have asked for a more relaxing stay.

My husband and I had a great vacation on Matlacha at "My Only Sunshine"! This property is in a great location, perfect for walking or bike riding, and within close proximity of the quaint shopping district and restaurants, as well the recently reopened fishing pier in Matlacha Park. The home is comfortable and very welcoming. It is beautifully decorated - and had all the amenities that we were looking for including: a beautiful pool, a screened lanai, a grill, and bicycles. Laurie Ann was great to work with, and responded very quickly to any questions we had during our stay. We highly recommend "My Only Sunshine" and are already looking forward to returning for our next stay!!
