Nestled in a quiet setting, you'll be just a short drive from the thrilling Sun Splash Water Park, the quaint Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach, and the captivating Edison and Ford Winter Estates and downtown Ft Myers Historical area. Very nice and clean place, convenient and close to everything Matlacha has to offer. Pictures don’t do it justice. We will be booking this house again numerous times in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at “Gilligans on the Island”! The house is immaculately kept & so charming! Loved being able to keep our boat at the dock & just head out whenever we wanted. 10/10 would recommend!
