The town offers many attractions alone with close access to Pine Island and Cape Coral. Just a short drive to Fort Myers or Sanibel beaches. Communication could not have been better. Ron is a super host! We enjoyed the location, and the cleanliness of the unit was outstanding. We enjoyed using the kayaks in the canal and sipping our morning coffee on the back porch while the sun came up. We hope to return soon for a longer stay!

We've been staying on pine Island for years, and we really enjoyed our stay at the 57 in Matlacha. We took advantage of the bikes and the hot tub just about every day. Loved waking up and seeing the water every morning, even had a pair of manatee swim by! Overall our stay was very pleasant and convenient to everything we love! I highly recommend the 57, it's spacious and very comfortable. My suggestions to the owner would be to invest in a few lamps, taller kitchen garbage can and a colander.
