About this house rental
Its all about the WOW!! Your Matlacha adventure begins at this chic 3-bedroom 3 full bath house. This home has been rebuilt and has a Hidden room. Keep it to yourself and let your guest in on it when the time is right. Don’t put your dog in the kennel. Small dog ok for addl fee. Let me know at time of booking. Each bedroom features a new cozy queen bed and bamboo sheets. Master bedroom faces the water side. You cannot be any closer to the water unless you were sleeping on the dock. This fun home has a boat dock, bbq grill, therapy lights, white noise sound machines, video arcade game, wifi, usb outlets, a washer/dryer, ac, tv's board games and more. Your family will have FUN and not want to leave. The full 3 bathrooms are stocked with essentials like a hair dryer, shampoo's, soaps, towels, and detergents. Coffee & Tea is provided at the coffee/wine bar. This home is on a quiet street. Home sleeps up to 7 people. The 7th person would have an air mattress or couch. Please message if you need a 2nd home we have another beautiful one right next door. . Boat launch is 1/2 mile away and you can take your boat around to the back of the house and tie it to the dock. Fishing is great in Matlacha. Take your boat or a ferry ride to Cabbage Key for the world famous cheeseburger in paradise. Some of the restaurants on the island are Micelllis, CWFudge and ice cream, The Perfect Cup, Yucatán, Blue Dog, Kickstands, and Pho Grill just reopened. Grocery store is 1.5 miles away. Public salt water pool 10 minutes away by car. Historic Fort Myers 25 min away by car. P.S. The bridge has been repaired and is now two lanes so the traffic is GONE as of 4/20/25.

Absolutely perfect! We had 2 boats that fit perfectly at the dock which is right out the back door. Theres even a fish cleaing station. The house is very welcoming and comfortable. Its close to some great local shops and not too far from the grocery store. We had an awesome family fishing weekend and hope to come back again!

We had two sons and family staying down at Bokeelia for the week - so we made a last-minute decision to join them- the Hidden SpeakEasy home was perfect for us three ladies and one child we each had a bedroom which was great. The coffee/tea bar was perfect, and we even played a few hands of cards in the hidden room. My sons were able to bring their boat around to pick us up for from the dock for a day of fishing. Enjoyed the weekend in Matlacha- this our 3rd year staying on Matlacha- a family favorite and not a bad ride from Lakeland.

We spent the weekend with 2 other couples and was impressed from the time we walked into this gorgeous home. We are very picky with cleanliness and I could not find one thing that was not top notch. The details that the owner has given attention to every aspect of this home was never ending with the stocked wine rack, games to play, outdoor furnishings, beautiful water view, fluffy towels/washcloths, and ample parking spots for 3 cars…..this list goes on with the needs of all 6 of us exceeded. Thank you for taking the time to think of everything, we will be back :))
